Knitproneedles Reviews

Fast efficient service from ordering to delivery and beautiful, beautiful needles!

I love knit pro needles, especially zings and, newly discovered, gingers. I mix them with Lantern Moon swivvel cables for a Rolls Royce combination. They are compatible with all Knit Pro needles. These are the best. Highly recommend these.

Needles arrived well packaged. One set was a different size than ordered but the seller emailed me immediately to say the correct size was on its way, and with a little gift. Great service. Will use again.

Happy with everything

Fantastic customer service and products; ordered various interchangeable swivel cords only to discover the next day that I had cross threaded not only one end of my old cord but also one of my needles too. Very successfully emailed (baring in mind it was a bank holiday weekend and this was Saturday morning) to add other items to my to my order. Got a reply at 8 p.m. Saturday night and all my queries were successfully and pleasantly answered. My order was wrapped in tissue paper and protected in a cardboard box. Cannot recommend this company enough. Many thanks for all your help and good old fashioned customer service

I love the sturdy packaging! Great quality products and a really good service!

My purchases arrived in short time in a very neatly packed slim box and obviously care hade been taken to ensure they arrived safely in the manner they were packed. Very happy with my purchase and the service. Thank you.

Good price, though I’m sad the needles are being discontinued. Received quickly.

I have lots of Knitpro products. I love them , the feel , the ease of use. I don't really want to use anything else.

You delivered to the wrong address. Luckily for me the householder was persistent and tracked me down.

Very helpful and polite members of staff with quick responses. Order received quickly.

Website is easy to use and a good range of quality products. I ordered the wrong item and the customer service was quick to reply and sorted my problem out without any fuss. Good discounts available. Will definitely shop again.

Rapid despatch. Exactly as described.

The needles arrived promptly and work very well.

One of the items on my order needed to be back-ordered. There were no updates about this, and when I contacted after a week, I had no reply - my order arrived next day. It was well packaged and I'm pleased with the products, but lack of comms was aggravating.

Fantastic. Simple and easy, answered my questions so quickly and the delivery was super fast too will come here more often for my knitting supplies from now on!

Trouble-free ordering on an easily navigable website. Wonderful range of products :) Everything arrived together, safely packaged and within a very reasonable timeframe.

Super quick service. Lovely needles!
