This is my first purchase from knitwear Queen, although I haven’t worn it yet, I’ve tried it on and I love the colour, the fit, especially the hardware detailing!

I loved my entire experience at the store while visiting Edinburgh. The store manager was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and how to care for them. The cashmere detergent and spray are the best and highly recommended. They helps keep the insects alway.

I actually purchased your items directly from Royal Mile in Scotland but as I requested to ship it back due to luggage space contraint, the salesperson Melodie assisted me with doing it via online. She was extremely friendly, courteous and full of information! Becasue of this, from the initial 1 purchase, I decided to add on 3 more because, well, who doesn't love a great salesperson? Kudos to her and I habe received my items back home! Thanks Melodie and also your recommendation the the Military Tattoo show!

I love these hats, I have bought two with the fleece liner and 2 with part cashmere, all with pompons. Lots of colours now to choose with my mood!
My only frustration is that the gold token has been put on the back of two of the hats near the big seam. They should be on the front. Also the pom-poms are not interchangeable between the real and fake fur. These are not major faults I would still recommend buying these hats they feel cosy and good quality. I would buy again. They arrived beautifully wrapped and feel special.

So impressed with Knitwear Queen. I ordered a beautiful cashmere hat and wrist warmers which arrived beautifully packaged. Unfortunately there was a small defect on the wrist warmers so I wanted to swap them and also decided that mittens might be cosier.
The customer service was amazing not only apologising but dispatched the mittens immediately even before they received my return. Also there was no additional charge even though the mittens were quite a bit more . Fantastic service.
Obviously I am delighted and would recommend.
