Great Customer Service

I purchased two Uplift bras from Knix and one of them had a manufacturing issue. Customer Service Associate Shamita was incredibly helpful and was able to resolve my issue quickly. I'm super impressed with the uplift bra and even more impressed with the excellent customer service Knix provides!

I adore the revolution pull over bras

I adore the revolution pull over bras. I have like 5 of them. Recently though, 2 started to seperate at the seams on the top and the cups were slipping out. They were about a year and a half old at this point. I reached out to Knix support and within a few hours I was linked to shamita at knix support that helped me rectify the issue immediately by offering in store credit to replace the bras or buy what ever I like with the cash. I ended up replacing the bras with the same ones again because I truly love them so much! All this was over the Christmas and new years break too so it was amazing that I got a hold of shamita so quickly and was able to get my order in and shipped. Honestly. This experience alone will make me come back. They trust the product and stand beside it! Great job Knix! And shamita, you were lovely to deal with! Thank you again!

Remarkable Customer Service!

Can't say enough about how impressed I was for the quick customer service response and resolution to an online order error. Even on a weekend, and having been first advised that volumes were higher than usual, Shamita helped with this resolution in under an hour. Looking forward to receiving my order. Thanks, Knix, and Shamita - this kind of service makes me doubly glad to do business with Knix!

I bought my wife a bra for Christmas

I bought my wife a bra for Christmas, it was the one that she really wanted from Knix. It came in plenty of time for Christmas. So I took it out of the package and immediately wrapped it and put it under the tree.

Christmas morning came and i was super excited for my wife to open the present. When she opened it, I saw her face, it was these push up adhesive things. I quickly checked my email to see if I had ordered the right thing, and I had. We had been sent the wrong item. Ugh. I didn’t check when I took it out of the package and wrapped it.

So starts the LONG process of trying to get reimbursement or replacement etc. Try to convince them what had happened…

The experience of getting the right bra back was unbelievably easy and seamless. Shamita was so great. Not only did we get a new one sent right away, they gave us a discount on our next order. Really, the discount was nice, but the best part was there was no convincing, proving, begging for a replacement. It was immediate and above and beyond my expectations.

Thank you so much for saving the day Shamita!!

I would put 0 stars if I could

I would put 0 stars if I could. I am stuck with 2 bras that don’t fit, I ordered according to the size chart. They dont support much, even with an extender for the back it does not keep the girls in their place. I would never purchase from here again, that is a guarantee. Total waste of money especially in this economy.

I reached customer service via email…

I reached customer service via email and Liyya saved the day! Thanks to Liyya, my order is directed to the correct address and she helped last minute on Christmas eve! If it wasn’t her I wouldn’t be able to retrieve my order and I would lose a lot of money and have a very upset holiday. After this experience, Knix is my favourite brand! I trust their customer service and I will buy all my gifts from Knix next year as well. It is the best intimate wear brand.

Improper sizing and no returns

Trying to get a hold of this company is nearly impossible. You get an ai generated response that is totally unhelpful. It informed us that since the bras I purchased for my wife were on sale they are final sale. Even though they offer the same bra now at full price, it’s not as if these have been discontinued and are unavailable. They’re in unworn condition and now we’re stuck with 2 bras that don’t fit (we ordered according to their size chart, which showed us single digit sizes,who uses that sizing?) and now when you visit the site the sizing is in normal cup and band sizes. Would never purchase again or recommend that anyone else does. Total waste of money to get stuck with improperly sized products.

The version currently available on our site is an updated design with extended and more familiar cup and band sizing, based directly on customer feedback like yours.

Bras are not worth the price

Extremely disappointed with the Wing Woman Bras. Very uncomfortable, do not fit even with measurements matching the website. I bought them on sale and I wish I could return them. I keep trying different models and have yet to find one which actually fits according to their size charts.

Be weary of refund policy

I purchased 3 bras and 2 of them were the scoop bra. I liked the wing woman bra so I kept that and when I went to the store they told me the scoop bras were no return/exchange because of the sale. The wing woman was also on sale but that's refundable. No where did it say final sale when I went to purchase the bras and now I have two expensive bras that are unwearable.
It was my first time purchasing from Knix and they didn't make it easy :(

Hello. When I made my purchase at Knix on Robson I was quite pleased I was told that if she doesn’t like them, or they don’t fit, even if she tries them on, you can return them for full purchase price. Two bras 36C.
Well when she opened the box she gasped, they were way too big. She’s actually 34B. I got it wrong. I said don’t worry dear, they have a great return policy. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by the associate and after telling my story, she asked if she tried them on. I thought this was odd. Of course I said no, as when she opened box, she knew right away they were much too large. She continued to process the return. At almost completion, she said what is you’re email address? I told her. Then expecting to have to swipe my card, she explained they have a new system and will etransfer my money in awhile. Not more than ten minutes after leaving the store they said that head office needs time to process the refund, and that I would have the money that week. On friday I called to tell them that I had not received the transfer. That was confusing to me as it should take all of one minute to send. I was then put on hold, and when returned, informed that etransfers are done on mondays, and I will have to wait till then.
Now monday. Today a new girl tried to tell me that I have to wait for them to process the etransfer. I said no, thats what they told me Friday. I have been more than patient, and polite, but now I am upset. I have never heard of such a return policy, but have been patient. But that has run out. I am very displeased and if you do not want this posted on you’re reviews, I suggest the money is returned by Tuesday Oct 7. If not it will appear on reviews the following day. Thank YouJames Ireland.

Knix bras and briefs don't last long

I bought 2 bras and 1 pair of briefs last January. They have not even lasted a year before the stretch in all items stretched out, so they don't fit properly and the bra straps have gaps.

I machine washed in cold water with a gentle washing detergent.

I expected Knix to make quality long-lasting products given all the glowing reports about them. Underwear from other brands have lasted 4 years. I will not buy Knix products again.

Not leak-proof at all

Not leak-proof at all. I bought all versions of Knix for my daughter to wear along with her pads, hoping for extra protection, but they still leaked everywhere— during sleep and even at school and she was embarrassed. Very disappointing. Also, washing them is a hassle and quite unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend these for reliable leak protection.

The first bra seemed easier to deal…

The first bra seemed easier to deal with. Bought a second one, but even after washing it is still very stiff and difficult to fasten. Not a good bra for seniors. Also with the second one the interior padding does not stay in place. It's almost as the bra has been made by a different manufacturer. I will look elsewhere next time.

Knix is a SCAM

Knix is a SCAM! Knix bras DON"T fit anywhere close to a normal bra. The bras are TERRIBLE. Knix MISREPRESENTS its return policy, stating "items cannot be returned if on sale". What they don't tell you is that if they send you a discount code & it's applied to your order, they will NOT REFUND A SINGLE PENNY. This is such a SCAM. I will never buy anything from Knix again. Additionally, it is impossible to contact any humans at Knix. Its an AI chat only store. .

Absolutely not accurate with their…

Absolutely not accurate with their description with their flow rate or accuracy of what their underwear can absorb. I have zero idea as to how anyone wears these during their period or bladder leakage even purchasing their maximum absorbency underwear...they simply do not work past 2 tablespoons of liquid. Extremely disappointed with my $200 order!!!

Poor fit despite being fitted in store.

I was fitted in store as was my mom. Both of us could not wear bras or panties as despite being fitted were much too big after one wear. I didn’t complain within 30 days, so no help from them.
My mom is smaller than I am so she gave me hers, and mine went to my larger daughter.
But I can’t even where my seconds from my mom as they are too large as well.
Very disappointing. Their sizing is bizarre and not accurate despite being “professionally” fit.
