This company is amazing. I started off with maternity bras and tanks and now everything else. The customer service I've received whenever I needed assistance or an issue they have been exceptional. This is literally the best company to do business with from a customer perspective. The underwear, tanks, and bras are amazing. I won't be buying anywhere else again.
Also, their business practice of giving to the less fortunate is something close to me so this sets them apart from other retailers. This is also one of the reasons I literally tell everyone about this company and recommend to all my friends.
In dition to the exceptional products, I am incredibly thrilled by the return / exchange policy! I live in the Canadian Arctic where things like bras are almost impossible to get (and only the cheapest crap at the highest price is sold here). I will absolutely donate my exchanged bra and it will be gratefully received by a woman who can genuinely use it! Excellent company policy. So impressed!

A great company policy
I bought two bras and checked the size chart, but they were much too small. Also, they are not very upfront when products are final sale - ALL sale items are final sale, but the product page doesn't show that unless you scroll down and open the return policy dropdown, whereas most companies make it much more obvious.

I made the mistake to buy Knix bras. I followed the size guide to the letter and the 3 out of 4 bras I bought have now been given to charity. I was not able to return them because it was a sale. The description is not complete I was expecting to be able to remove the pads, I was not able to. The customer service rep confirmed the sizing was good. She sent me an extender which did no work either. I was glad to be able to help people in need at least.

This company is amazing! I recently ordered 3 bras from the company after an ad showed up in my social media feed. On impulse I ordered 3 bras after hearing a few people at my job say how comfortable their underwear and bras were. I have never ordered bras online without trying on, but the price was right.
When my bra’s arrived (which was very quick), I immediately put the Good to Go seamless bra on. It was the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn! I fell in love and swore I’d never go back to wired bras again.
When I tried my next bra on, it was not comfortable at all (borderline painful), but I thought it might get more comfortable after wearing for a bit. I was wrong. I immediately emailed the company and received a response in about half hour with someone who asked for my measurements so she could assist me with correct sizing and options for the two bras that I was not happy with (exchange or return). I measured myself and she suggested another size and I opted to exchange one and get a store credit for the other one so I could get another one of the Good to Go bras. The bras were sent out for delivery the next day. All communication with the company was almost immediate. Their return/exchange process is seamless. I would give them 10 stars if I could. In a world with so much false advertising and non existent customer service, it was so incredible to have this company stand behind their product so well. I can not wait to try the rest of their products in the near future. They definitely have a new customer with me and I am referring all my friends and family as well!

I am so impressed with Knix! The site is super easy to use and when I had a customer service inquiry I was responded to in less than 1 full business day (through the info@Knix email).
I'm also equally impressed by the communication style here provided by the customer service team - they clearly answered my question, fulfilled my request and educated me on how Knix applies promotional codes.
This was my first experience shopping with Knix and I will be suggesting friends and family do the same.
I can definitely say Knix DOES NOT always make it right and DOES NOT believe in making the correct fit a top priority. I ordered two catalyst bras online for the Black Friday event. I inadvertently chose the wrong size. I went into the store to exchange them and they would not do it. I was told to contact them via email. I was told in a return email that it was a final sale. I said that I did not want my money back but only wanted to exchange for the correct fitting bra. They still said no. I asked, “is there was something wrong with your product that you won’t accept it for an exchange?”. The excuse I was given was that the color was old???? They are a deep burgundy colour, nothing flashy, not patterns and not trendy. This is such a poor unacceptable excuse to keep my money for two bras that I cannot wear.

I have purchased numerous products, period underwear which hang on my bottom, shift and do not stay in place but fit good around my waist so I feel like they are the correct size. And 4 different styles of bras, none fit cup size that they say they should.

I love all Knix products. I have always struggled with period protection , knix leakproof underwear/swimwear is top notch. Cute and easy to clean.
The customer service is outstanding, I purchased a swim suit that was the wrong size for me, I had an immediate response(on Sunday on Christmas eve) with very detailed and easy to follow instructions for return/refund.
Great products, excellent customer service. I am so happy to have found this wonderful company for my essential products.

Just made my first of what will be many orders with this company. One of the items I ordered had a minor defect. My email to customer service was answered promptly, professionally, and helpfully. My exchange arrived much sooner than expected and I am now a forever customer. A Canadian brand, producing the most comfortable bras I’ve ever worn, AND with amazing customer service? Consider me impressed.
I was not satisfied with my purchase. I contacted Knix and they were so responsive and helpful. Not many companies offer real good costumer service, Knix is the exception. Highly recommend ! replacement product and service was beyond expectation! Good job!
Knix has horrible customer service, I spent $80 doallars and have yet to receive my package. I have reached out several times and you can NEVER have anyone available to help. The chatbot sends and email and each time the response has been either wait at least 72 hours because the USPS will mark as delivered up to 72 hours before and reminding me to check my mailbox and surrounding area. Each time there has been no real response to solve the issue and I have to wait 24-72 hours for a new response telling me to look again...I really just want my order but if that's not possible give me my money back. Each ticket I submit send a nice email back saying res assured we will make it right...but when? I ordered on 11/20/23.

Doesn't matter what size or style you buy, these underwear do not stay put and eventually slide down your ass when walking and moving around. They're a great idea in theory but don't waste your money on these over priced, uncomfortable underwear!!!

I recently went online to order some bras for my 87 yr old mom. The folks there provided great advice about onesthat would be easy for her to get on/off and I had to exchange them a few times to get the right fit. Their exchange/return policy is excellent and shipping is super fast. Very good experience with this company!!
