Good torch, great customer service
I have owned a bilby head torch for about 9 months.
I have used it most days running at night, and it has been a very good, bright and quick drying head torch.
The controls are quite complicated at first compared to a regular head torch, but this allows more flexibility of use once you are familiar with them.
The product has now stopped working, but Bridg at the help desk has been excellent in trying to source a replacement.
Had an issue with my rear Cobber
Had an issue with my rear Cobber, one of my many great Knog lights and it was replaced immediately when it won't turn back on. Super happy with sticking with Knog for my lighting needs! Kudos to the Knog staff for taking care of their customers 👏 cheers!
Great service
The product is great, but unfortunately there was a fault with one of the lights. The company that I bought it from were less than helpful, so I reached out to the manufacturer. They very kindly offered a replacement and were extremely courteous and helpful.
I don't mind when there is a fault with a product, these things happen - particularly with electronics. What matters to me is customer service, and how companies deal with faults when they occur.

I don’t often bother with reviews, but was compelled to with this product.
Both the product, the Bandicoot, and the customer service manager, James, were excellent.
The Bandicoot is invaluable for running on Hobart’s cold, dark, sometimes misty, mornings, especially the high beam mode. It’s lightweight, durable, silicone band make it perfect for wet weather, and sweat weather, and it has the easiest method of charging I have ever seen.
My customer service enquires were dealt with professionally, promptly, and patiently, and without fuss. Jame’s follow ups went above and beyond.
I couldn’t recommend the brand, and team, any more highly.

I reached out to Knog website help centre because of a faulty SCOUT “bike alarm & finder”, and the customer service was outstanding, Bridg has guided the process from trouble shooting to replacement of the item swiftly and diligently… very happy … thank you Bridg and KNOG
Ware nie erhalten, dreister "Service"
Wenn man nicht wüsste, dass es die Firma wirklich gibt, könnte man es für einen Fake und Betrugsmasche halten. Ich habe im August ein Set bestehend aus Lampe und Rücklicht für mein Rad bestellt (Wert 125 Euro) und selbiges bis jetzt, Anfang Oktober, nicht erhalten. Auf Rückfrage bekommt man vom Service die freche Auskunft, seinen Briefkasten auf Karten des Postboten zu kontrollieren. Habe die Angelegenheit nun Paypal übertragen und, da die dunkle Jahreszeit ansteht, woanders bestellt (und sogar geliefert bekommen, mit Karte im Briefkasten!!) und hoffe, wenigstens mein Geld erstattet zu bekommen. Schlussfolgerung - Knog "kann" Licht, aber absolut keinen Service, 125 Euro für den Lokus. Nie wieder.
EXCELLENT Customer Service
Had a faulty front light. Contacted Customer Services. Without looking for pictures of the faulty item(as proof) or looking for it to be returned, not only did they send out a replacement front light, they sent the matching back light as well. What more can I say 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.

Great Customer Service - high quality bike taillight.
I had my cobber light for a bit more than a year.
It stopped working correctly and would not stay illuminated. I called the company and asked for a replacement or repair. They said they would send a replacement light, but after a few months it had not arrived.
I contacted the company again. They were very supportive, and sent a new replacement light quickly. I very much appreciate this. I am not sure what happened the first time, but I am glad they made it right.
The quality of the light is awesome. It’s is very bright and effective. It is the most visible taillight I have ever seen. I am glad I have a replacement light. I feel much safer riding on the road with it.

Knog Oi bell
Had a piece of the Knog Oi bell fall off on a ride, didn't know where.
I filled out a warranty claim and attached a pic of the broken bell and proof of purchase, and had a replacement organised and sent off in just a couple of days from start to finish.
Very easy to deal with and organise, cant fault their customer service.

Awesome alarm for the bike
Awesome alarm for the bike. The Bluetooth range is great and the app works flawlessly. You just need to always keep an eye on the battery when you arrive home as you don’t want it out of juice for your daily commutes. I had to contact customer support because I needed some additional screws for a new bike and the overall experience has been great. I definitely recommend their product.

Exceeded customer expectations
I really like Knog products and about a year ago purchased a Blinder Front Light. I only use it occasionally and did not notice it was faulty. It would not hold a charge. I did not keep a receipt as Knog lights are usually very reliable. Bridg from Customer Service was very helpful but her suggestions did not work. So they are going to send me a new one. Excellent customer service!
Timely & no hassle response
I was able to contact Knog thru their email option & a rep responded in a timely fashion. I described my problem & mentioned I was having difficulty doing one of the requested requirements & that I couldn't locate my purchase receipt. (I did have my cr card bill showing the purchase & explained the details). The rep kept immediately in touch & found my invoice on their system & sail he had enough info to proceed. In short, he sent me a replacement product which I rec'd quickly. Problem solved with no hassles!
