I ordered a pair of Trainers from them on the 8th April but haven’t had any confirmation of the order/delivery date. I have tried to contact them twice on their link but no response. I tried to call them on their helpline but phone flagged up I was calling New York even though their site states they are in Ireland! I quickly hung up as didn’t want to pay the cost. Starting to think this is a scam.

I purchased a pair of gel kayano 31 running shoes on the 9th April only to receive no confirmation email and no receipt of purchase. I have emailed them 3 times regarding my order to try and get a tracking number, but have received nothing back. They say they respond to emails within 12 hours which clearly is not true.

I'm starting to feel like this company is a scam with fake good reviews.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 5 more business days, after which I will be reporting the company for fraud.

Absolute quality clothing got slides and a pyramid T-shirt and both great additions to the wardrobe delivery was fast. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I bought the KOAD pyramid T-shirt and it is class. I am 5”11 average build and the medium fits to a tee.
