Ordered a product. It arrived and worked for the first 4-5 uses and then simply stopped mid use. Posted a comment on the Koalagear FB page and was asked to DM. DMed, they asked for video and other information which I provided. after a week or 2, no response. Messaged again, no response. Posted on FB and got response asking how they could help. Went through it all. Then no response. Emailed after a few weeks and got no response and then another email and got a response saying sorry they will forward to warehouse for refund. That was 6 weeks ago. Terrible product and worse after sales service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND- Very disappointing. I purchased the travel shower after reading so many positive reviews. But it's nothing like what is portrayed. The hose length is only 1.5mtrs which means you cannot use it standing up. Yet on the box you are led to believe it's at least 3mtrs long. It works similar to a bird bath so don't expect to wash your hair. The whole thing including the shower head is made of cheap plastic so clearly won't last. This site doesn't allow photos which is a shame as a photo never lies. There is also a Facebook group that claims they are a scam company that are not in Australia although they claim they have a Qld office which doesn't exist
