Great professional customer service!
This company IS customer service at it's best!!! They back every product and it's parts tgat they sell, without the typical red tape other vendors give you. I had a problem with a part and they replaced it immediately, after I showed them the problem. They have awesome products and 100 percent ethical! Thank you KOIOS!!!

I tried purchasing replacement filters…
I tried purchasing replacement filters for my EPI810 from the website. I couldn’t find one by searching the model number they have listed in the description. However, one of the replacement filters was shown as being frequently bought together with the same type of air filter I have. So I bought two, but they are too large.

WASTED TIME TRYING TO GET KOIOSSSHOP TO GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT OFFERED.
Had to email and phone for defective discount code. 1st reply: It's good, must be your browser do this...FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DID NOT WORK. Emailed my dilemma... 2nd reply: It works fine so just apply it for refund/ rebate after purchase. FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DID NOT WORK. Emailed for refund in amount of discount, discount applied. HOW MUCH OF MY TIME DID THIS TAKE FOR $13.52 DISCOUNT??!!

I thought I was getting (2) filters for…
I thought I was getting (2) filters for what I paid, but instead it was only (1) filter. I could have gotten the same filter (but 2 filters) on Amazon for the same price. Next time I'll follow my 1st mind.
