I’ve been using Shiseido products for a long time and I really like them. When we came to California for my husband’s job, we saw a Shiseido store and went in to check out a few products. Tina and Koko, who assisted us, were incredibly friendly and kind. The store was very clean and organized. Their knowledge about the products was excellent. They didn’t just try to sell me something, but recommended the right products for my needs. They have an honest sales policy. Additionally, giving samples along with the products I purchased was a very kind gesture. From now on, I will buy all the products I need from this store, from Tina and her sister. I want to thank them here and highly recommend this store to everyone.

Service and Products
I only go to the Shiseido store off of Crenshaw and Sepulveda. I always receive fantastic service and Tina is most helpful and knows about the products. The products themselves are great although not cheap. I guess that’s the price you pay for beauty. The products have a nice fragrance which I love and a smooth silky texture. I will continue to use the products.
