I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. I ordered all the essential items for my baby, who is due in just three weeks, and the delivery driver left the package in the bin while we were away. Unsurprisingly, the items were not there when we returned.

I immediately reached out to the company to report the issue, but they have completely failed to respond. It’s incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially during such an important and stressful time. I refuse to pay twice for these items, and the fact that they haven’t even bothered to investigate or offer a replacement is unacceptable.

This is not the kind of service you expect from a company that claims to cater to families. Their lack of care and communication shows they are far from family-friendly. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially parents who need reliable service.

Honestly cannot talk enough praises for this brand, I had used a variety of products on my now 7 month old, Johnson & Johnson, even sanex and aveeno were bringing my baby out in horrible rashes and dry skin, and then I discovered kokoso!!! 🥰 instantly on the day I washed him in the wash, and used the coconut oil, lotion and scalp cream all of his dry skin cleared up and he's just been a much happier baby since, the coconut & beeswax barrier balm has done wonders for his teething as well which is an unexpected bonus.

If there's anything you take from this is please run dont walk to get these products, as a first time mum I 100% recommended

Love the products, have tried the balm, body wash, body lotion, nappy cream, massage oil and cradle cap treatment.
Would definitely recommend especially the cradle cap stuff got rid of it so quickly.

The company have truly made an amazing product, that helps young child and babies with delicate skin issues. The delivery service was fast and very quick, I brought the product to help my son who is 10 weeks old. He skin on his cheeks and chin were red, spotty and very angry looking plus very dry as when touched it felt like sand paper. The doctors were no help claiming it was either milk rash or viral and as a 2nd time mum, I know the difference and I didn't agree. So did a little research and saw this and never looked back. After one weeks use using the barm daily my son skin is back to normal and sooth/soft agian. I used the barm along side the Aveeno baby range and I'm so happy to see his skin improving daily, as a mum this makes me so happy. As before it was upsetting to see him uncomfortable and it look so sore. So I highly recommend this product indeed. Here are some photos of before and after using it. I’ve used Kokoso since my now 3-year-old was a newborn, and her skin has always been beautiful. Recently, she had a reaction to a different washing powder, which triggered what looked like dermatitis or eczema. While waiting a few days for my Kokoso delivery, all I had was E45—but that only made it worse.

24 hours after bathing her with the Kokoso bath wash and applying the coconut oil, her skin has completely cleared up! Amazing product—well done & thank you ☺️

This stuff is amazing and I have recommended to other new mums. The hair serum completely cleared up my baby’s cradle cap, the natural balm cleared up any baby acne she had and the body wash is another firm favourite,

I had my first and second kids in Nigeria, both of them suffered from black baby rashes on their necks and it take ages before it clear up. For my third I purchased the complete set of kokoso baby care before delivery and after delivery I bath my baby on the second day and I started moisturing her from head to toe with the coconut oil, I also use the lotion on her body, my dark skin girl glowwwwww, it has been over a year now and my dark skin girl is still glowing, just a tiny little appearance of black rash on her neck, doesn't bother me because it's very tiny. I will give kokoso 1bm 🌟
