I came across Komo Consulting through a friend of my mother's when I was at the end of my rope searching for ways to further my education in the field of archaeology and/or heritage studies. I contacted Komo Consulting with a reference of my close friend. Although Kelsey had tight schedule right before the MBA final application deadlines, she accepted me as a client and created magic. It was such a pleasure to be in the Komo Consulting program. The amount of help and support I got throughout my year was very much needed. If it weren't for this program I would have probably struggled a lot more in my year. I was able to learn lots of good habits to better my time management and organization skills. It was pretty exhausting going through the many hours of sessions day after day throughout my year, but I am so happy to say that all of that hard work has paid off and now it's finally over and I am on my way to college to start my new journey.

We used Komo Consulting a few months into my son's senior year in high school. I wished we had known about them since his freshman year. Komo is different from other educational consultants in that they not only provide subject matter tutors (math, chemistry, English), but they actually teach the student how to organize, prioritize, and plan their academic schedule and projects. My son for the first time was using Google calendar to input his assignments, color coding assignments, and having a plan of action each day/week. He learned to self advocate more for himself with his teachers. All of these essential executive functioning skills he will carry over into college and beyond.

We began with K.C. when my two sons were preparing to write the ACT exam while in Gr. 11. Without a doubt, their success was in part due to the thorough preparation provided by K.C. The tutors were very professional, knowledgable and kind. Tutoring sessions were enjoyable and productive.

My dght obtained some guidance from K.C. with Univ essays and learning how to study for midterms. Again, her marks improved following input from the tutor. She learned how to study and this increased her self confidence.
