Avoid buying from Konah Home!

The website looks professional and UK-based but what they sell, you can buy online from Amazon (and others) for a fraction of the cost. I payed £26.99 (announced as previously £44.99) for a timer that is being sold on Amazon for £6.49... the exact same (not similar, the same) extremely low quality product. A cheap piece of plastic that does not work as announced and comes from China in an unbranded box with miserable packaging.

Their customer service is also miserable. I emailed them a number of times asking for a refund after it took weeks for it to be shipped and arrive. I did not get the refund, only a 30% discount on other products, that I'm definitely not using...

Konah Home is a scam and a complete waste of money and time!

Made the mistake of ordering the Smart Productivity Timer off an Instagram ad ( I know, I know, I should have known ). Took 3 weeks to arrive, from China, even though their website says they are a US company.
It's a $30 cheap piece of plastic crap—Temu sells the same item for $5.99. Contacted their customer service for returns, as they mentioned on their site. They said because it was on sale ( fake 30% off "sale" ), their 30-Day return policy did not apply. That's how they get justify it.

Scam company. They advertised for a timer product and what they delivered was absolutely nothing like what they advertised. When I tried to return, they said it was on sale ($5 off) and they don't take returns (even though their website says they do). Then after I pushed, they said I could ship their piece of crap product to China directly.

Pure Scum. Konah Home is an embarrassment to the human race.

Please listen to other reviewers. Received a dirty cheap piece of plastic that does not work, that Konah Home calls a timer. After e-mailing them for a request to return and receive a refund, I was provided instructions with "how to operate the unit properly". Avoid this scam at all costs.

I am trying to get in touch with them and get my money back. They really do not want to cooperate. after to mutch email i can send the itam back:

Don't buy this stuff. It's cheap Chinese junk that you can buy on Amazon for 1/5 of the price.

Konah kept coming up on my feeds with this smart clock product. The proposition looks compelling and on the face of it, the product itself although simple looks like an impressive piece of kit. The price point promised what I believed would be a quality product, but when it arrived two weeks after I ordered it, its clearly a cheap Christmas cracker curiosity drop shipped directly from from the streets of Shenzhen. Konah home really duped me on this one with their cleaver marketing, but really - its not even their product. Literally the instruction manual is written in Chinese and the packaging has no reference to Konah Home. They are just flogging cheap stuff dressed up as considered quality. Too much of this going in these days. After checking other reviews I discovered Amazon sell the same product for £7 - same product I paid £24 (including 40%) discount from Konah Home website. Wont be falling for this tosh again.

Really cheap timer which you can buy on Amazon for a quarter of the price. They don't do returns but instead offer a discount code on a next purchase. Obviously there won't be a next purchase, from them, for anything, ever. Avoid.

Poor quality product that does not match the description or picture. This is literally a crappy $2.00 plastic timer that is being sold for $50. You cannot return it unless you post it to China which is cost prohibitive and not guaranteed. Stay away

Absolutely awful! I should have checked the reviews before being suckered into paying $55 for a timer that doesn't work well.
Not a good enough magnet, barely sticks, and won't stay on the fridge while you are turning it!

Like many others, recieved a cheap bit of plastic. Return process is beyond difficult, challenging them every step of the way. They shipped from a local address in the UK, but refuse to have it sent back to their distribution warehouse. Will seek guidance from credit card company.

Quality for the price is poor and it doesn’t come with batteries.

I fell for it too. Should have checked Trustpilot before I purchased the timer. Will never purchase anything else advertised on FB

Sent timer product which was advertised as high quality stylish product is nothing else than a cheap plastic gimmick. They even denied me to send the item back which is possible within 14 days within EU without any given causes. The support just wanted to play on time. Very bad scam. Don't buy.

Crap product and it didn’t even match the description. 2 lights instead of 4. Sensor is not working properly

Cheapest plastic products you get at AMAZON (or TEMU, or AliExpress) for less than half the (Sale) price. Wanted to return the timers but it's part of their return policy to not refund items purchased in a sale. Well, lesson learned the hard way. Don't make the same mistake.

Don't fall for that crap!
They are advertised as premium.
The product does not work properly and it is shit of plastic, same thing that Temu has for 10% of the price

The prices are three times higher than on Amazon.

They made a cheap product, with a quality I’d expect from a dollar store and sold it x10. My direct email to them on my experience:

1. First mark up the item so that you gain +70-80% profit, and avoid telling the customer the product is from China worth $3 at best. Customers fall for your pretend to be western trap and buy the product anyway - Sept 5th 7:48pm EST

2. Receive customer request to cancel the order - Sept 5th 8:39pm EST (only 30mins later)

3. Delay to respond to a customer’s email in a timely manner, but agree to refund when they followed up, and then don’t actually do it - Sept 9th 10:07am EST

4. Emailed back and made excuse that it’s too late for them to cancel, as the product has already left the port - Sept 15th 1:33am EST

5. Instruct customer to refuse to accept the package but they CANT because the package does not require signature and is left at the doorstep - Sept 15th 7:44am EST

6. Punt the full responsibility on the customer now and have them pay for the refund and hope the customer doesn’t go through the trouble…Sept 16 10:

As expected, even though the package was sent to me via Mississauga, I have to return it to China, costs $12. They’ve also said that it’s at their discretion once they receive it whether they will accept the return. Now it’s a game of probability since the product cost $50.

I opened the package, and it’s such a tacky plastic gadget. Would attach photos if I could but, this company is great at marketing up. They pretend to have great customer service but not accountable when put to the test.
