I subscribed to the Platinum plan on February 10, 2026. Initially, only 8 products were listed onsite. It took them a week and a few days to enable 60 products and the ones under review are still pending approval after 2 weeks. I have sent multiple messages but they have not approved them yet, affecting my product visibility and sales. I'm disappointed that I haven't gotten the results I expected from the Platinum subscription.

I said why cant she get me the number. She screamed she was just helping that I should go away. She hung up the phone on me and left me speechless. Just for requesting her to give me the correct number. She mentioned that the location was Surulere Pick up. I called on January 13, 2026 at 10:14 am. She is a very bad employee. She is uncouth, untrained and very vasty.

Konga and the seller refused to honour the return policy, even though we contacted them the day the product was delivered, as it did not work in our Machine. I offered to pay a restocking fee if needed, but they still refused. Buyers beware, Konga, in this instance, did not play by their own rules

I ordered a tablet from these guys, it's been 14 days, 14 whole days I haven't gotten my order, accessories I got from Jumia already came in, the ones I got from TEMU is already in my town hopefully once weekend ends they will contact me, but Konga that's here in Nigeria can't ship a tablet, this tablet got to my state a week and 2 days ago, 45 mins from the capital to my town is what they failed to do in nearly 2 weeks, they promised to deliver yesterday and even texted me the Rider's number, Rider's line has been switched off for 24 hours and counting, convenient right? Once I get my package I am deleting the app forever, use jumia or even TEMU.

These guys are jokers!!!! I joined as a seller. Had my first order request and it took them a whooping 14 days to transport my product from Portharcourt to Lagos where the buyer was! If i was that buy I’d definitely return the order! Bloody jokers! What’s worse is them requiring me to give a feedback for my experience even when the business has not reached the buyer or concluded. Seems manipulative! Plus no you don’t pay per product, you pay every month whether you make a sell or NOT! Unserious company! Don’t waste your time with them! It took me a single experience to flop them. They almost manipulated me into paying for another month, NEVER!
Oh and, their bikers never come to pick the items to deliver from you, you have to go all the way to their office, pay for their envelope for that you don’t get any refunds for whatsoever! Well, now i just saw that my product is being returned to me and I’m guessing i’ll have to go pick it up at their office. Bloody jokers!!!

I've noticed that konga company is the best ever,I order items end I get the same date that I ask for delivery I've experienced most end it's the best

Customer service is non existence. My advice is never pay for an item before you receive because theres a chance you'll never receive the item or your refund but maybe gift note.

Nonsense platform, the worst ever. Their return system is very discouraging, they will ask you to return items you didn't order for by yourself instead of sending dispatch rider to come back and pick them. So, we're stupid to sit home or office to order online and not going to a store where we can return by walking in.

#FRAUDALERT Tell me why a customer will make a payment for a product and after a week, Konga doesn’t know who the merchant is, is unable to reach the merchant and above all, don’t follow up on the customer that purchased the product. Or is it trying to get a refund after a purchase goes south? It’s horrendous!

Making an order and the wrong item is delivered...the worse return policy, more like a scamming business, i hear these things until i experienced it 2 times..the other time i had to travel to meet the merchant to sort out the mistake...you guys are annoying!

Konga is a very useless platform
Beware not to be trapped in this useless platform called Konga to shop. Always insist on pay on delivery. We need to tag EFCC because they are scamming Nigerians. They Advertises products they don't have to collect people's money and refuses to refund. I have terrible experience till now. I have to involve the service of a lawyer. I have evidences, voicenotes, emails and my Bank transfers.
This is really sad. Nigeria government should begin to regulate these platforms. Konga do not deserve any star. The workers are also trained to lie. They are lying machines.

The customer service response of Konga is terrible. Your chat agents do not answer or give clarity to issues and there delays in responses. I have initiated a refund since 27th january and till now, not payment made and no answers as to why. Please sort this out @ShopKonga @kongacare

This is a scamming application and any money deposited into this entire website and the KongaPay app too will be locked and stolen. This is a scammer app.

KONGA IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY THINGS FROM. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE . I CALLED THE DISPATCHER'S NUMBER THEY SENT TO ME, THE PERSON WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I CAN NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM KONGA AGAIN 🤬🤬🤬

Konga is a great place to shop

First of all, the tracking system is messed up. How can an item that left Lagos to Porharcourt spend 4 days on the road? When I went to collect the item the agent was rude and disrespectful; pressing phone and wasting my time. And when I wanted to pay, they didn't have POS! in 2024. I was told to bring cash or do transfer. That was it. I was fed up.

You suspended my account as a seller because I asked that you do your JOB as I have received well over 7,000 emails from you in the last 2 weeks. Even after the suspension, I still get over 500 emails daily, it's indeed a shame!! Why suspended my account and blame me for your incompitence!!!

The sellers will sell you a different item (or different color) than the one you choose and saw in the picture and they don’t accept to refund !
Basically they are THIEFS, really dishonnest person.
Konga is just protecting them.
You will find the same items on another online shopping site with better customer support, don’t buy at Konga.
