Customer support and response time is amazing, thank you! They identified helped me understand that the kit I purchased was not right for my house and was willing to swap out the components for the right system. This was my error, however they made it right at no charge to me! Thank you Konneced :-)

Good response, helpful information and a product that is as it says

Couldn't pass up the wifi only Pro board. A great product for a great price. I had one hiccup setting it up on my wifi. Texted support and they pinpointed the problem right away. Me! Apparently we're supposed to follow instructions when setting it up, or something like that (I didn't read the whole text) 😞 Anyway, tech support told me what to do, I did it and it worked and it has been working since. No real issues other than me. 😊

I just installed my new connected blaQ. I was so excited to have an alternative that worked with my opener and home assistant [HA] (especially after MyQ crippled its ability to integrate). Thank you konnected!
Back to the install, it was so easy I was suprised, I have a secure 2.0 (yellow button) I was able to just connect the two wires, follow the included direction to add to WiFi and then was auto discovered by HA, I added it and was immediately able to control the opener from HA and it was as fast as the physical button! No paring, no cloud just easy local control.

I had received one of the boards from a bad batch. It went bad shortly after install. I got a replacement in short order and all is well in my home security set up now!

Konnected customer support is fantastic. After troubleshooting my board they decided it was best to swap it out. In very happy.

Slow shipping speed (>2 weeks). Had to return and was charged for shipping both ways. Disappointing experience with this company, would not shop again.

I must commend the Konnected tech Andy Wolf... He tried for weeks to get me back connected to my SmartThings hub. My original Konnected device would no longer connect anymore. We tried everything. I finally came to the conclusion the unit went bad. I purchased a new one... And again Andy was there to help me connect it which was not an easy task! I have to give him a lot of credit for his patients and perseverance!

So far so good. I have had the equipment for a few months and had been working flawlessly. Customer service is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience, would recommend to whoever wants to convert their wired sensors to a smart system.

Used the relay to actuate outside flood lights when the alarm is sounded.

This is a cost effective product in a very small package. It is also fairly complex to set up because the necessary information is spread across numerous articles and web pages. You need to be persistent and patient. My integration with Home Assistant was easy with ESPHome and it auto-discovered the two 6-zone boards. But I had to flash the boards with their ESP firmware (which was very easy, once you find the right web page and instructions). Don't bother with the native Konnected firmware--I think it's soon to be deprecated anyhow. Also, the boards don't play well with (my) mesh networks and I had to make a router change to get them connected. Peripherals also seem to lack A-to-Z instructions for getting them to work with HA. For example, I connected a humidity/temp sensor per the Konnected diagram, then searched to figure out the mapping from zone numbers to GPIO pin so I can set up the dht sensor in HA YAML. Still not working, by the way.

Had an issue with the Ethernet not working on the pro board and after checking diagnostics data with team member sent replacement pro board and problem is resolved.

Issue was resolved quickly and painlessly and beyond my expectation.

Great products and excellent technical support!

Works as expected, this has prevented problems in the past when we get power bumps and the equipment gets locked up and needs a reset. So far, all equipment connected to these units have been working without issues.
