I have an important note about your advertisement for the Kosil Med app. This is a scam company. They take our medical records and ask us to undergo tests, trying to buy time until the money we paid is deposited into their account. Ultimately, they don't provide any medical consultations. They are a group of fraudsters. Please don't advertise for them; they are only looking for new victims.

My sister booked a consultation with Konsilmed, expecting professional and reliable medical advice. Instead, We got a complete disaster of an experience that felt more like a scam than a real medical service.

First, Konsilmed failed to properly select a competent doctor. The one they assigned to us lacked professionalism, care, and expertise—not exactly what you expect when dealing with serious health concerns. But the worst part? The doctor didn't even bother to take the call from an office. He conducted the entire consultation from a CAR!

It was clear that he was distracted, unfocused, and unprepared. He barely engaged with the case, gave incorrect medical advice, and seemed to be rushing through the call as if it was just another casual errand in his day. How is this even acceptable for a medical service?

After realizing how unprofessional and unsafe this consultation was, I requested a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, Konsilmed just told me to "do what I can do"—no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to fix their mistake. They even had the audacity to suggest we pay more money for another consultation with a different doctor instead of acknowledging how badly they failed the first time.

This service is a complete scam. They take your money, offer low-quality, careless medical consultations, and when you raise concerns, they refuse to take any responsibility.

We will be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting them for fraudulent medical services. I strongly advise against using Konsilmed unless you want to waste your money on an unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent service.

EDIT: Konsilmed is flagging my reviews because the owner cannot accept negative feedback regarding the poor service he provided.

I was totally deceived by them as they took 3500€ to arrange for hospital training in Germany and it ended up in catastrophic situation and all agreements were thrown into trash and the place I was supposed to get training in was completely not appropriate for this despite clearly talking to him about my objectives of training. I had to end up and return home back totally frustratrd with this fraud situation Even the hospital administration and team members are aware of what happened.
Please dont trust these people

I really get good benefits

The team was very assistive, there was a slight delay as the Dr was in surgery so the team was amazing and accommodated my needs.

Dr Abdelrahman is great to talk to and answered every question I had even/ days after the consultation.
