I wish that I had checked here before making an order and a payment on their Facebook ad.

I've Never received the goods and now I see the reviews of those with similar experiences. So many fakes on Facebook these days.

Scam order went to track it all goes Chinese haven’t received item be aware it’s a con!

It is a total SCAM. I never got the order, they say that if you want to unsubscribe or cancel that you must commit to three payments, but their policy is not legally valid under EU consumer law: it denies the mandatory 14-day withdrawal right, provides no proper business identification, and tries to impose charges for a subscription that was never clearly agreed to. Also the nerves of asking for extra money without even getting the first order!! They say they are from the US but the only tracking number link I got was from some package sent from China that never arrived. I am actively working on reporting them. Do not get involved with this scammers.

Love the products I received, have felt a genuine improvement in my day to day life. Always semi skeptical about these kind of things, but very happy with my experience.

I'm a bit confused seeing negative reviews so thought i'd come on here and share my experience because my order shipped in 6 days and i've really liked their NMN supplement so far.
Tracking was provided the day after I ordered and they responded to my email on the same day when I asked for an ETA on my order.
I'm very happy with my experience shopping with Konture Supplements and will most likely be re-ordering again

Total scam - the products have no detailed quantities, the return policy is not complete and not allowing you to do do any returns/ refunds.

I wanted to cancel my order - they said is not possible or to return it in any way. The tracking number is not showing anything. I did not receive any products after 1 month and no money back.

Beware of SCAM! This company which seems to be based in China has no mail address, just two products with AI generated images, they automatically subscribe you to 2 months of their product which only God knows what it contains and where it came from, they won't cancel your subscription or your order... Total loss! I contested the automatic subscription, they refused, so I canceled the order and asked for my money back, they refused, they lied that they had sent it, even though they hadn't... Even now, it does not appear to have been sent, and the AWB displayed cannot be found on the website of the carrier they claim to have sent it with...
I wrote to them on their Facebook page, they deleted my comment and blocked me... On the Shopify website, which handles the payment side of this SCAM, it is not possible to send a complaint because their system does not recognize the link to my order as a valid link (sic!). They do not have a contact email, only automated forms with AI bots that send me to resolve the issue with KONTURE...
A company in China...
