I really like that Koreabe have brands that are hard to find anywhere else. That was one of my reasons for using them. I have ordered products from other companies, and I know it can take several weeks to arrive. I liked that I was able to track my package. Items arrived in excellent condition. I would order from this company again.

Products as expected. Their CS answer fast. Many products in the store. Whish they also had products for body.

Would have gotten 5 star if not for the extremely long shipping time. Over 3 weeks for shipment to Norway. Tracking had almost no info so was kind of useless. 10-15 days longer than average time with k-packet, or airmail.

I do however recommend buying as they have genuine products and good prices.

No issues at all.. customer support is helpful if you have any questions, all products are legit and sent from Korea. Delivery was okay, 2 weeks since dispatching

The products I ordered came directly from Korea and went through customs in Mexico without a problem. They were exactly as I ordered and a great price!! Will definitely order again!

Well, my first time buying a product from Korea via online store. Upon arrive the package was well pack and original box is intact well. With the shipping is great but could improve by getting buyer to signing the package not to leave it unattended on the front door. Overall I was impressed with the price of the product and Seller communication regarding with delivery and information about products. Will shop again soon
