El transporte nefasto
Todavía no he recibido el pedido, asi que sobre el producto no puedo opinar
Sobre el transporte es el precio más caro que he pagado por un pedido y todavía no lo he recibido.
En el seguimiento aparece
" el destinataio está ausente"
Y " se ha intentado contactar telefonicamente con el destinatario"
Y a continuación " el envío està disponible para su recogida en la agencia de DHL".
El día concertado yo estaba en casa y con el teléfono a mi lado y no me he recibido ninguna llamada a la hora que consta en el seguimiento.
Y mi pregunta es : en qué agencia se encuentra el pedido?
Van a intentar contactar conmigo de nuevo ?

Color medio demasiado claro, cuidado al comprar
Puntúo de esta manera porque la barra blanca que compré dice que es tono medio y no concuerda con una piel media. No se puede cambiar pq el producto está abierto solo de probarlo. Mi piel no es color oscuro pero tendría que haber pedido ese porque el medio queda demasiado claro, incluso lo ha probado mi hija para ver si aunque sea ella podía utilizarlo ya que es super blanca y también le queda muy claro.
Creo que deberíamos de tener alguna forma de poder realizar un cambio y no perder 36€.

El paquete ha llegado roto 💔 además de tarde.
El paquete ha llegado machacado y abierto,la caja de la crema y el tapón de la misma rotos y el envase magullado. El envase del limpiador en aceite también se ha roto por fuera un poco y la caja también ha llegado rota.Cabe destacar que el reparto con DHL ha sido nefasto,ya que han tardado 7 u 8 días en traer el paquete y en el seguimiento ponía que estaba ya en Coslada,encima no han avisado cuando lo traían.
