Their products are fake. Had to go through my bank to get my refund.

We have been having emails back to back because the counterfeit products i purchased. Im following you up on my refund. This is the 4th time I have waited for the time frame that you set for me to wait for my refund. At first I waited 10 business days, 2nd time another 10 business days, 3rd time 7 business days and now I have just passed another 10 business days. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. There is no service provider who gets to this amount of time without refunding a customer. Can I please have my refund Im tired of your emails telling me to wait for an additional 10 business days. My order numbers #2563 & #4549. Im leaving this message on all your platforms

Thieves! Liars! Sent no products and won’t refund either… new story every time l ask for my refund… Avoid guys

My products are fake spent a ton of money of these as I like to purchase in bulk and their all fakes as I'm breaking out which I hardly do!! After taking so long and I realise its coming from China my fears was confirmed… Unbelievable

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I ordered anua products on 11 August and received the parcel on 27 August. I was excited to open the package as i waited for over two weeks for it to arrive. I was so dismayed to see the products were fake!!!!!! - The anua dark spot correcting serum was definitively fake and there were blue spots inside the bottle. - The seal of the anua toner was broken! The product on the website are misleading!
I contacted their customer support service. I was told by a person named CHARLYN that she will pass it on to her manager but until now, no feedback! Their refund policy is also rubbish! They let you pay for the return of the products! Take note the products are from China which I did not know about when i ordered! No wonder it took ages to arrive!!!!!!!

If I could give it a zero start review I honestly would all the packaging came damaged but not all the products I got and reach out to them and they just completely ignored me I wish I did not fall for there scam and by reading all the reviews there products are fake I spent over 100 pounds

Bought multipe skin care products, that stated are safe to use on acne prone skin, my skin has gotten better prior to using it, that’s why i thought buying in and giving my skin that glow would be it. But unfortunately products broke out my skin so bad, took me couple of weeks to fix my skin barrier. I’ve got in contact with the company, they promised a refund back, after going back and forward an assistant called Charlyn informed me that the refund has been processed and should be with me within 5-10 business days, it’s been two months, no refund, no answer back.

Waited for my order for over 2 weeks. DID NOT ARRIVE! Emailed customer support and was told my package was lost. They offered to send out another product or have my money returned. I chose to have my money refunded which they said they have processed and would be in my account in 5 working days. THE MONEY WAS NOT RETURNED! I emailed them again about the refund not being processed and they said it was an error on their part and they have corrected it. Week later still no refund. I have had to go through my bank as fraud to get my money back!!!

I canceled my order the same day I saw the reviews on here, they are yet to process my refund, their customer service mentioned they have a high volume of refund request and will do their best to process my refund within 5-10 business days.

I bought products by Anua, Cosrx and Beauty of Joossen. When I compared these to products I bought previously I noticed the packaging and formulations were different especially with Beauty of Joessen 50spf sunblock. The QR codes also did not work. Really disappointed.
I emailed Korean Rituals and I had a similar response to others on here i.e. only 50% refund and I had to pay postage and restocking fee. When I pointed out that I should be getting a full refund they said they would escalate my complaint. I have not heard back from them. These products are definitely fake. Avoid this website at all costs!!

I usually order Korean skincare from StylevanaUK, but since they did not have the Anua skincare range, I ordered from Korean rituals. The products look the same from the outer packaging, however I already some products I was using, so I compared the color, texture of the products supplied by Korean Rituals and to my dismay the products were fake. I raised the issue with their customer care, but they told me i have to pay for the return, and an additional 20% restocking fees or I can get my 50% money back. First of all I should get all my money back but still I asked for atleast a 75% refund, I have been following up with them now and still haven't heard back and I don't think so I will.

All their anua products are fake . It takes soo long to arrive and it’s fake. Imagine waiting your whole lifetime to receive fake items bought at expensive price!!

They sell fake products..Please don’t buy from them..I used the products from their company and realised my was was reacting so bad . I checked their products and compared it with my friend’s anua but i realized they were selling fake products..If you got scammed, please let’s do well to report their page on instagram so that other people won’t be a victim .They promised a refund but they didn’t send a dime .

I recently ordered the Anua Niacinamide 10% + TXA 4% Dark Spot Correcting Serum from Korean Rituals, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon receiving the product, I quickly realized it was a counterfeit. The packaging was incorrect, and the barcode scan showed completely different results.
I immediately contacted customer support to request a refund, as their website clearly states a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, my refund request was ignored, and I received no assistance. This is unacceptable and highly frustrating.
I spent a significant amount of money on these products, and I feel cheated. I urge others to be cautious when ordering from Korean Rituals, as they do not seem to honour their refund policy or provide authentic products.

I ordered stuff from them and my anua dark spot correcting serum was fake. I placed an order of about 5,6 products and am wondering if they are fake too. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! NO ONE SHOULD EVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I got Anua products recently and they both are fake! Made my skin break out so bad then I noticed that the Anua product doesn't have a ring on the top.

This is very disappointing. I just received my orders and The items are FAKE. Completely different from what I had. I have send an email requesting a return. WHY CANT I RETURN ON THE WEBSITE? Now they want me to take half my money. Or pay shipping and restocking fee. Why isn’t any of this on the website.

I was sent a fake product.
Guys beware, they do not sell authentic products.
I need my refund or else this will be reported everywhere.

Please do not get scammed like we did. All products are fake and so don’t waste your money as they won’t reply to you either. Our package took 3 weeks to come and soon became a disappointment upon opening to finding out everything was fake. Please be careful and avoid this scam company.

I think this people are scam up till now I haven’t received my order I can’t even track the order because the tracking number and order number is not found.
I just hope I receive that order because it’s not funny I work for that money I didn’t steal it.
