Korean ritual sent a fake product and not following the refund policy on their webite
Korean Rituals has refused to refund me despite clearly stating a 30-day money-back guarantee in their refund policy.
I received counterfeit products on August 6, 2024. Upon scanning the barcodes, I found that they showed completely different results, and the product packaging was also incorrect.
I want to inform the public that their money-back guarantee is a sham. I wish I could share screenshots of our conversations here.
They do not provide full refunds. The options I was given were:
Return the products to their warehouse in Portugal, with customers responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.Accept a 50% refund and keep the products.
I refused both options as they didn't make sense to me. Fortunately, I used Klarna for payment and was able to stop the remaining three payments.
I spent over £186 on these products, and it is very frustrating how they have handled this situation.
This proves they are fraudulent and have no justification for their actions.

Korean Rituals sells fake products.
Korean Rituals have refused to refund me despite having a 30-day money back guarantee boldly written in their refund policy.
I received the fake products on last week Friday. On scanning the barcodes of each products, I discovered they show an entirely different result. Also, the product packaging was entirely different.
I would like to inform the public that their money back guarantee is a sham. I wish I can share screenshots of the conversations on Trustpilot.
They do not refund in full. The options I was given was
1. Return the product to their warehouse in Portugal. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
2. 50% refund on your purchase then you're free to keep the products, gift them, donate them, or even throw them away, depending on your preference.
Same Friday, I chose an option against my wish and since then, the company completely ignored me. I have reached out to the company severally both on Instagram and their official mail and all they have done is ignore me.
I spent over £100 on purchasing this product and it is very annoying how they have chosen to act.
This proves they’re very fake and have no justification for their evil acts.

I ordered the Anua Dark Spot Correcting Serum and I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to receive it. I then received an email saying it was delivered to my address only to find out that nothing has been delivered, I then write an email to report the situation only for them to insist that it has been delivered (when it clearly wasn’t delivered!). They even insisted that a letter regarding the safe place of the package was also left at my address (in which again, THERE WAS NO LETTER!).
I spent 18.90 for literally nothing and will never be ordering from here again. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I was about to buy products (BOJ) and remembered on their official website they list the verified sellers (both online websites and instore stores that sell authentic products of boj) and Korean rituals is not listed ! So be careful

Fake products - DO NOT BUY
After finally receiving my products over 2 weeks later, I found out they were both fake. I compared the products with the originals which I was running out of, and everything from the packaging to the actual product is absolute garbage and fake. Their service is pathetic and so are the products which is extremely frustrating. This has been an excruciating waste of time and money.

Fake products do not buy ! I bought the products form Pure Seoul in Westfield , the products had run out so I ordered from KoreanRituals only to be handed FAKE products, the writing/print is so big. Don’t let them fool you with their “professional response” on how serious they take it, it’s all nonsense, they are aware of the fake products.

I placed an order for skincare worth around £64 and received fake products. I ordered an anua cleanser and the bottle appeared to be sealed but had product leaking out of it. When comparing it to my authentic one that I was currently using the bottle of the one sent to me from Korean Rituals appeared to be darker in colour and on the back some of the writing was bold whereas on the original it was not in bold. Another part of my order was the anua peach niacinamide serum and my authentic one had a strong peach sent whereas the product sent to me by Korean Rituals did not have a peach scent whatsoever. I am absolutely appalled by this company and the products that were sent to me.
