The best skincare i’ve tried in years
I’ve been using these collagen balls for 1 month now, and I can honestly say they’re working wonders. My skin is much more hydrated, my fine lines are almost gone, and I’m already seeing improvement in my jowls. I believe even better results will come with consistency.

Best costumer service ever!
I wasn’t sure how to use it or how to open the serum vial, so I contacted customer service. They sent me video instructions and even a PDF with a treatment plan. Great attention to detail!

I was about to order the skincare product, but then I read their refund policy. They offer a 90 day satisfaction, or refund. If it doesn’t work for me (give it at least 4 weeks), I will only get a refund for any unopened, sealed; products, in the box it came in. And I have they have to agree to receive the return before it can be returned.I am responsible for all return costs. The elusive refund doesn’t apply to what I have used in the four weeks they feel is necessary for the best results. So if I try the product, which subtracts 30ish days from my ability to return, and I don’t see results, they refund for only unused, unopened items that came. This must be a lost in translation, situation. I have to pay for what I use, so they don’t care if I’m satisfied with their product. Most companies give your complete refund, even if you use it.That is a satisfaction guarantee. Some companies print a return label, just in case. Not this company. I would have to all return costs. In the end, I’d be paying for any of the products I’ve used according to their timeline, for best results. I’m also paying return shipping, too. This is so wrong on so many levels. I feel for those that order from this company believing they have a satisfaction guarantee. This refund and return policy is so sketchy. I cannot say if this product works, because I will not buy it. Koreanspa.co, shame on you. Your site is geared for those that think it might work, and since there are only 12 boxes left, buy quickly. Then you put a timer up for 10 minutes, I think. The buyer will only get the 60% off and free shipping if they order, right now. No, I won’t be ordering the skincare system. It might work, but this company seems off. Reading and comprehending the reviews above, the company blames the user for not using the tool, correctly.so no refund for the faulty tool or using it incorrectly. I’m sure think hard before you buy something from a company that seems, sketchy. Plus, it’s not a user friendly company to work with, in my honest opinion.

Love the products!
I found it a bit expensive, but after using it, I’d gladly order again. I use 1 collagen ball every 2 days and then apply the collagen mask for about 20 minutes to lock everything in. I can already see some improvement in my fine lines, and I’m only halfway through.

Impressive brand
I saw this on Facebook, and since my skin is very particular, I was hesitant at first. The packaging is beautiful, and the collagen ritual itself is amazing. After a few weeks of use, I started to see visible improvements in my jowls.

Bogus money back guarantee, useless product
Same experience as others. Product doesn’t work, is hard to apply, getting an answer from customer support is near impossible and money back guarantee is not honoured. This time the reason was that I bought a special deal so not eligible for money back guarantee.

Hi. I booked and got nanoactive collagen system in time.This is Ok. But I would like to complain about what the say to visual result on the face - this is total not true! I ordered the hair treatment product in November and have been using it for 10 weeks with no change. I have been trying to get a refund from the company for the past month, but they only reply every so often , each time offering an 50% discount on future purchases and unwilling to honor their money back guarantee.
There is no where to leave a review on their website, and based on their practices and evasion of honoring returns, I am suspecting this to be a scam.

I paid over £150 for this product and the cartridge dispenser needle doesn’t work and I believe this is a scam, unable to get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this product

Koreanspa.co refuses to honor moneyback guarantee

I ordered the hair treatment product back in early November. It arrived with a dispenser that did not dispense product. I have been trying to get a refund from the company for over a month, but they only reply once every two weeks, each time with an excuse and unwilling to honor their money back guarantee.
They have no reviews since July 2025, no where to leave a review on their website, and based on their practices and evasion of honoring returns, I am suspecting this to be a scam. I do not believe it is a real product as they claim.

I have a similar experience to one of…
I have a similar experience to one of the other reviews. Each serum bottle is supposed to last one session but half an hour later only a 1/4 is used. Its almost impossible to apply. It tastes like water. And I have sent three emails with no reply. Asking for further instructions, then finally my money back. No response. Despite advertising money back guarantee before 120 days. I think the product is a complete have.
I received a nice reply from korean spa some time after this review, as below, offering to make it good. I promptly sent off an email asking for the money back guarantee. That was some weeks ago and again, no reply. I can only assume that they replied to my original review only to make themselves look good but with no intention of following up.

Product not as promised and no support
The instructions are incomplete and inconsistent with the package contents. The serum doesn’t come through the microneedling tool. Company claims treatment will take 10 minutes. I spent over 1 hour and only 1/3 of the serum was applied. Haven’t responded to repeated requests for assistance with product.

Be cautious
I purchased the KoreanSpa “Micro-Infusion System Hair Regrowth Solution” and intended to buy only the 1-month supply, but I was also charged for and shipped a 3-month supply without my consent. This feels like an unauthorized upsell. In addition, the product is advertised as containing copper peptide and copper gluconate, which should give the serum a distinct blue or blue-green color, yet what I received is completely clear. This raises serious concerns about misrepresentation and product integrity. On top of that, their website is filled with glowing reviews but provides no clear way for real buyers to leave feedback. Between the unauthorized charge, misleading product claims, and lack of transparency, I cannot recommend this company and urge others to be cautious.
