I placed an order with Kosen over a month ago after being told my shoes would ship within just a few days. After taking my money, they repeatedly delayed my order. Now I’m being told they don’t even have the materials and production has been moved to another factory, with an estimated date of July 10. Even then, there is no guarantee my order will actually ship.

The CEO personally emailed me saying they would “make it right,” but nothing was actually offered. They simply said I could keep the original discount I already received and promised I’d be on a “priority list.” That isn’t compensation, and it doesn’t solve the problem. Being on a priority list means nothing if there are no products to ship or if there are additional delays.

This has been a frustrating experience with poor communication, broken expectations, and no meaningful effort to make things right after holding my money for over a month. If you need your order within the timeframe they advertise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

There was an initial delay in delivery due to stock shortage. But the owner himself reached out to me apologizing and explain the situation. Not only did he resolve the matter but he gave me 15% off. I love my shoes even though they don't fit as well as I like, and need a size bigger, which the owner is happy to do. Can't wait for my new white Mercurys!

I ordered their shoes on Black Friday and still have not received them yet as of January 24, 2026, 2 months later. I initiated a credit card dispute after not hearing for an entire month, not even an order confirmation email; was then told by the company that their stock ran out - fine. I was offered priority shipping + a 20% refund on my order for my experience if I withdrew the dispute. I did and it has been a week now and still have not heard any updates regarding my 20% refund or the shoes. Company has been completely silent.

Las zapatillas son cómodas y me gusta la sensación de altura extra, pero la calidad deja bastante que desear. He comprado 2 pares hace pocos meses (septiembre y octubre) y parece que tuvieran 5 años de uso por lo menos de lo estropeadas que están.

It's trash. The size doesn't even fit. I threw it away

They sent the wrong size, and when I let them know, they said:

“We sent you a smaller size because our sizes are larger than those of common sneakers.”

Actually, I ordered the correct size (EU43) but they arbitrarily sent a different size (EU42) which does not fit. Now they want me to pay for a return despite the fact that it was their error!

Totally unacceptable.

If you want to send the shoes back, the seller will say to you, send the shoes to so Singapore. The costs for shipping is over the price for the shoes!

It’s scam!

Shoes are cheap and incredibly tight on toe box.

Company is based in Singapore and buyer has to pay for and arrange return shipping for returns and exchanges. Kosen hides this information on their returns/exchanges page.

Their website also suggests they have a 5/5 TrustPilot score, when the actual score is 3.7/5. Majority of recent reviews are negative. Shady.

Wonderful! I bought the same size that I usually wear and they fit me perfectly, they adapt very well to the foot. The internal insole is very comfortable to wear them regularly. I am delighted!

So confortable, casual and trendy design and nice quality, lookikg forward to trying new colours... I,ll repeat....

I got the wrong size and if I need to do an exchange I need to pay for shipping.
