I wanted a Gaming PC for my brother so I could gift it to him for his birthday. As I couldn't buy the parts and build it myself due to space constraints, I had turned to help from someone else. While browsing PC Partpicker, I found Karl's profile and it had his website (KP-PC Builds) linked to it. Checking the reviews on Trustpilot, I made the decision to invest in his services.

A bit of background history. This is the first time I have ever requested for goods from someone online, let alone for them to build me a PC. I was dreading doing this, and was nervous until I got a reply back, and suddenly, I felt at home. As soon as I realised that this is still a business transaction, I went along with it. Karl himself seemed trustworthy just from looking at his PCpartpicker profile and Facebook page, and so I felt like I could do this.

I had asked for the following parameters; It should be able to run the latest PC games, it needs to have a good cooling system as the PC will be used in a somewhat-enclosed space, and since we'll be playing a lot of games, a lot of hard drive space is necessary, at least 1 TB. Karl gave me a 2 TB hard drive in the final build, which is perfectly fine.

During the email exchange, he outlined all the parts that would go into the PC, and the price for it all. Most companies have a habit of charging such a high markup for building and delivering a PC, and so I assumed the worst, but Karl stuck to the budget. Any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion, and soon he and his associates got to work on the PC.

After he had finished building and testing the PC, he had it sent by a postal service. Though it came in two packages and one of them was going to come at a later date, everything came on 1st March, exactly as Karl said just two weeks ago from my first enquiry. By 2 o'clock that afternoon, I had received all the items. They were filled with Polystyrene and air bags to protect the items from damage.

After some setting up, the PC works like a dream. I still can't thank or recommend Karl and his company enough. For anyone unsure as to whether to invest in his services, use my testimony and everyone else here to judge for yourself.

KP-PC Builds built a gaming pc for my son. They spent a lot of time going through exactly what we wanted and our budget before sending us a transparent list of parts including the cost of each individual item. The answered every question I had before they even had the money and took the time to explain why they has chosen the parts and what they do (which was great for someone like me, who doesn't know anything about pc building). I spoke with a friend of a friend who works for a large pc building company and he said the value was superb and he would snap it up at the price quoted. Payment was fast and easy and they stayed in touch with me every step of the way from confirming the parts were ordered, their arrival, the build during and after (with pictures) and delivery. Even after the PC arrived they answered every question I asked them with more patience than I deserved! I really cannot recommend this company enough, the customer service has been the best I have ever received and my son is more than happy with his new PC.

Karl was amazing when building my computer and also when I had a failure as well. He is very knowledgeable and doesn’t keep anything from you. Amazing service!! Would definitely recommend!

I bought an Inno3d Chill RTX3070 from Kp-Pcbuilds recently and couldn’t be more happy with their service.I live in Ireland and even though I’m not in the UK the service was great. I got the card for an affordable price when they are hard to get and Karl helped me all the way through also recommended some cases for me. KP - PCBuilds were super helpful on my building my gaming PC. I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for PC to be built for any reason.
They also do repairs and upgrades.
I provided an overview of what I wanted to do with the new system and Karl provided me with an detailed parts list, with an individual cost breakdown of each part.
I changed the spec several time after this, and Karl also recommended where I could save money and provided alternative parts with the same performance.
Karl managed to get me some of the most wanted parts for an amazing price comparing to other vendors (especially when most of these parts were out of stock everywhere else!)
Getting an RTX 3080 and AMD 5800x is no mean feat in the middle of the pandemic.
The PC was built super quickly and was thoroughly stress tested before collection, the cable management is second to none (Karl being an Aircraft Technician means no messy cables, even the ones you can't see!)
KP - PCBuilds continue to source parts and sell them at super competitive prices, check out their page and website if you need a repair, upgrade or an awesome new build like they made for me.

Amazing services!!! My pc was build in 2 weeks time, probably because off lates graphic card rtx 3080 which are shortage at that time and it cost £400 - £700 less that any best priced retailer in the market.( Best priced was awd-it)
I found him on local Facebook, it was hard to believe and trust at first, because prices was to good to be true :) . I didn't like to pay up front for pc parts because it cost £1890.
I contacted couple this last customers to verify and now I'm very happy with services, advise's and pc performance.

Great guy and great service, kept me updated throughout the whole process and resolved our GPU situation during the great 2021 shortage! 10/10 from KP_PCBuilds certainly wouldn't hesitate using him again

Karl was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of advice even before I committed to buying anything. Once I ordered my pc he kept in touch with regular updates and expected delivery date etc. The pc itself is great and arrived very quickly. We are really happy with it.

Cannot fault Karl's service & knowledge at all. He has helped me with various questions that I had, budgeting and helped with a parts list for not only myself, but two friends as well! Fully reccomend. Will only go to Karl with my PC needs

From initial enquiry to delivery. Service was second to none. Karl is extremely knowledgeable, listens to your needs and advises accordingly. Timely updates throughout the build process through to delivery. What more could you ask for. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
