She is an outstanding lawyer who I'd recommend without hesitation; always going above and beyond to ensure I felt I was being heard. For example, while incarcerated she would contact me herself to provide any news or updates in regards to my case. Whereas other lawyers would just have their assistants.

I recently used KPA to deal with a closing on a rental property. They were extremely professional, organized and easy to deal with. Everything was done remotely and Barbara made the process smooth and seamless. Highly recommended!

I had Kim as my lawyer for my separation and divorce cases. I found that Kim was very patient and considerate. His work was thorough, careful and well-thought-out. During the entire process, whenever I had questions and concerns, Kim often provided the answers and solutions promptly. Sometimes, I do feel he had gone out of his way to do that, such as replying to my messages in the evenings and on the weekends. At the end of the day, Kim had helped me achieving all my goals and meeting all my expectations. Therefore, I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who need help in the family law (separation & divorce) areas.

Phenomenal Lawyer! I came to Emily after spending a ton of money with another lawyer who not only guided me wrong the entire time she also convinced me, that my ex and his lawyer were wrong……. Said lawyer also decided to drop me after draining me of $40k the only money she knew I had.
