For returns on damaged items, our policy gently asks for an unboxing video, and the protective shrink-wrap must remain intact. Since the transparent wrap was already removed before you contacted us, the item unfortunately became unsellable, which created a difficult situation for our team.
Also, as your first email didn't include any order numbers or shipping details, we genuinely thought this was an in-store purchase at first.
