Bought my cert in October. Chose the rebuy for "faster" processing... what a joke. After a month passed I bought a competitor and was literally able to sign RIGHT AWAY. I don't know why krava is hoarding their certs like this. "Not exit scamming" they say.
The worst part is that I'm not allowed to voice my concerns. Any criticism on their discord is met with 7 day mutes. And all I'm saying is stuff like "took 2.5 months to deliver my cert", not even raising my voice.
How can they even do this? I'm a paying customer. I can't access my product if I'm muted. So when I criticize them, they also bar me from using what I paid for... What a joke

Scam…buy, revoke, wait 3months for no replacement….report a chargeback & they ban u from there discord server, which is in breach of ToS & discords server rules. No swearing, nothing said offensively or rude, just merely that 3months is too long a wait & ive requested a chargeback…blocked & banned without even a reason why…absolutely shocking…full on scammers since revoke wave, only interested in recieving money for non existent good, try get a refund & they laugh at u…scam scam scam, buy elsewhere, this is why they went bust before, under the maplesign name…

Was once considered reliable. Whilst one could blame Apple, they did not make the claim of “revoke protection” kravasign did.

They are so slow at honouring this promise faith is slowly disappearing. People making a new purchase are prioritised. This has been defended, but is also a great way to facilitate a “ponzi-like” scheme. Where the new customer purchases are the what will pay for the revoke protection. Which would mean the advertised revoke protection was not correctly accounted for in the original price. If it was it would or should not have taken this long.

Absolutely stay away. Nothing they say at this point can be trusted. They will need to show they’ve changed and made major improvements; not just talk! Before you should consider purchasing!

Got revoked. Staff told don't worry, you'll get cert back. They didn't. Cert duration like 2 weeks. Now they saying, you can buy anti revoke 'protection'. yeah. whatever. Don't buy.

The Truth.

They purposely make things difficult for users till a lot of people get annoyed and only then they change it.

They are actually partners with a lot of Reddits for iOS Signing and remove everything hateful and truthful about them
(They keep little things to don’t look scummy)

They rebranded from MapleSign to KravaSign which got a higher Price for the same product

They secretly use different GitHub Accounts to “suggest” new features to other signers which benefit only their service
In a recent instance they “suggested” that signers integrate a way for them to don’t allow the users to get their certs

(In short they don’t give everything out to the users choice which limits the competition in the signing space)

Overall they are just a scummy weird Company

You all should just buy a Developer Account from Apple OR use AltStore(open Source) with your own free Account instead of paying such “Companies” all your Money

Great service got cert fast, only complaint is the revoke that happened recently, but they just posted about it on discord, and they will help people

I got revoked bc stupid ahh apple decided it was a good idea to revoke the dev accounts 😭😭😭😭
