I’m only giving it a 1 because I have to to leave a review! I have used this product in 2 toilets and it has not worked at all! But then, if you want to send it back, you have to have the packaging the product came in to send it back in! So I can’t send it back like they say you can!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SCAM!! I’ve had this thing in my toilet now for 60 days and nothing’s happened. Still have a ring in my toilet absolute garbage now I’m trying to figure out how I’m gonna use that little piece maybe a dorm stop or something like that. Don’t buy it’s a scam.

Total scam. The only thing it did was leak the black ink into the toilet. Very hard to get off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I bought a four pack, and have used all four in different toilets. Only two seem to be working. What is the deal with that? On the two that don’t work. I’m getting black dots around the water level.

I live in Valparaiso, Indiana, which everyone knows has some interesting water. You always have stains and build up along the water line, and that is with weekly cleaning, since we bought and installed Krazy Klean, those stains and build up have been gone.

To put it simply, it works zero and deserves zero stars.

I would give this product 0 stars if I could. It fails to work as promised. My toilet is just as dirty and needs just as much scrubbing as it did before I used this product. And they refuse to give me a refund.

I purchased six of their units for three homes. One unit created blue streaks in the toilet, and when I contacted them, they claimed they had never seen that before and that I should use a pumice stone to clean the toilet because it must have had residual buildup before I started using the Krazy Klean product. The blue streaks returned until I removed the unit. None of the units has produced a toilet bowl that doesn't need cleaning. Any contact with the company has received a response, but it has always been that it's your problem, not our product. Maybe this product works in a new toilet, without hard water or any impurities. This was not worth the money spent, and I do not recommend this product.

Such a waste of money. The product does absolutely nothing that it advertises. Stay away and don’t waste your money.

When you see the advertisement of the useless product, there is no opportunity to those of us who have wasted money on this pathetic product. So they advertise a 4.9 rating.

On Trustpilot they have a 1.4 rating. Why you ask? Because we can't vote ZERO. This is a waste of money and a joke.

I ordered 3 Krazy kleens for 3 bathrooms and none really work, or it only works minimally. They sent me of 2 what they call "boosters" and I still have to clean them myself. So save your money people. How hard is it to clean a toilet, anyway?

I bought a few of these products for my toilets at home. Three, to be exact. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I gave it a year to make sure I was providing a raw and honest review and I was met with disappointment each time. I clean my toilets regularly, however this product is not effective in the way it is described. I contacted the company for a refund and have been given a run around and they sent a “booster”. I attempted to give that time to see if it works, 10 months, yet nothing has changed. The product is a scam, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, it didn’t work as advertised, so I wouldn’t recommend spending money on it

I paid $118 for all three baths for a product that does not work. I contacted the company and they sent boosters for free, but the problem toilet rings still exist. I don't know if specific toilet brands work better, but I know I have three different brands of toilets and none of them are as clean as the company advertises.

I ordered 4 krazy klean toilet bowl no more rings or stains..I wasn't expecting it to work on well water toilets but I thought for sure they would on our winter home almost new city water toilets..Nope doesn't work on any of them..So I still have stairs in and rings..Tried to get a refund but was told I had to completely remove all of toilet and tank water with a stone of some sort..Anyway 4 toilets and no results..

Don’t waste your money. This is a total scam. Purchased 3 and installed 2 and they did NOTHING!!!

After 2 weeks my toilet had stains and needed cleaning. Although it was better than before, it did not live up to the promise of the 10 year warranty.

This product is completely bogus. Had to go back to Clorox tablets within two weeks and a pumice stone for the hard water rings

This product was completely useless. It did nothing at all in my toilets and I wasted over $100

Total scam!
Just add a blue color in the water to hide dirts.
I feel so stupid to check only on trust pilot…
