I placed an order for flowers on…

I placed an order for flowers on 09-03-2025 for delivery and followed all the instructions per the website. They never provided any tracking number, and to this day the flowers have not been delivered. When I called for assistance, the owner actually hung up on me … completely unprofessional. That’s $350 down the drain. Do not trust this business. And if you try to call, expect the same treatment …no help, just rudeness.

This does not address the actual issue. My flowers were “delivered” after 3 PM for a wake that ended at 5 PM !!! meaning they were present for only two hours of the service. That is not what I paid for….

Additionally, I was contacted multiple times during a time of bereavement, which I found to be harassing and highly unprofessional. A picture of the flowers next to the casket does not excuse the fact that they were not delivered when promised.

Future customers should be aware that while the arrangement may eventually arrive, there is no guarantee of timely delivery or professional communication.

Thank you for your post. We do apologize for the disappointment but there are several inconsistencies here. Tracking numbers are only provided for items shipped via couriers like Fedex/UPS. We are a florist and hand delivered items like your piece come from a flower shop. Those do not have tracking numbers.

When the order was placed online, you did not provide any delivery time details or requests. In Puerto Rico, flowers are delivered throughout the day for funeral services. It is much different than how funerals occur here in the US. We tried to reach you in an effort to resolve the complaint/concerns. You said you'd call back in 20 minutes but never did and are only communicating through online complaints.

Regarding your phone call, I(owner) took over the call in an effort to help you but you didn't give me a chance to offer assistance. I asked if you'd like my help getting this resolved and the call went dead. Your funeral piece was in fact delivered for the service. We provided the picture of it next to the casket. The driver spoke with members of your family there and they confirmed they would speak with you about this. Lots of misunderstanding here. All should be fine and you can confirm with the family that was there. Please reach out to us directly with any further questions.

BUYER BEWARE!

This company is either just absolutely terrible at what they do or they are scamming customers. They charged me over $120 for two orders for flower subscription service and never sent any flowers. As these were a gift, it was so embarrassing to keep asking the person I was sending the gift to if they received anything.

With your delivery date being a Monday, there was no Fedex service available so we tried having this fulfilled locally. Due the price being so low, there were no delivery services willing to take the order. We are in the middle of revamping our subscription service so this will not happen again. We are making sure every bouquet arrives fresh and on time. We see we refunded your order as requested. Thank you again for the review. Beautiful Bouquet Great Service

I asked my sister-in-law for a florist near my niece, and she said they use and love Kremp. I had a birthday bouquet in an adorable vase sent to my niece that she received today. I had asked them to brighten up the yellow and white arrangement, and it was so beautiful and colorful. Even the delivery guy was polite and nice. I'll definitely order from Kremp again in the future.

Been shopping here for many years

Been shopping here for many years. Friendly staff, on-time delivery and beautiful flowers. That’s all I ask for and Kremp delivers every time. I like supporting local small businesses and am even more impressed that I often work with members of the Kremp family when ordering or when I call with questions. Highly recommended for any gifts you may want to send. They treat you right.

Kremp a Ripoff, bait and switch, unscrupulous...

I placed an online order with Flowers by Nora for $100+, but received a much inferior bouquet from Kremp Florist. Trustpilot seems to believe Kremp's version of the story and threatened to flag my story. Be that as it may, all one has to do, (including trustpilot), is view the 7 1-star posts of 7 total reviews on the Better Business
Beaureau's site to get an idea of what kind of people run their operation.

The BIG question still remains. If I ordered a bouquet online from Flowers by Nora and received confirmation from them, why did my flowers come tagged with 3x4 note titled Kremp Florists?

Thank you for your review but we have to be clear- we are not Flowers by Nora. They are a completely different company that we have nothing to do with. They are an online company similar to FTD, Teleflora and 800 Flowers that takes orders online and sends them to local florists. There IS a real florist called Flowers by Nora in addition to this national company using the name. We are neither. This is a very serious accusation. We are flagging this review as it makes false claims.
We are a 3rd generation, family owned and operated florist. We have a great repuation and are one of the top 25 florists in the country. If our products and services were as bad as you claim, we would not have won the National retail florist of the year award, the highest honor in our industry. We can see from your attempts to bash us here and through BBB, you were not happy with your experience. We are sorry. It is important to know that you did not order from us. Ordering from a 3rd party is completely different from ordering from us directly. Different products, different pricing, difference service, different guarantees. You ask how an order placed with an online company then arrives from a local florist... that is how the floral industry works. You ordered from a company that is not a florist. They are a website that sends orders to local florists.

Kremps flowers stinks 😷

When I picked up the gift basket my first impression was “wonder who I could regift this to?” Kinda like the the fruit cake that’s still circling the planet. Noted all the selections were cheap and upon opening each found they were ALL stale and inedible. Glad I chose to investigate because I would’ve been embarrassed had a friend discovered this. Had to be a leftover from the last millennium. My next door neighbor says they’ve been circling the drain since the father died. See ya 👎

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I ordered flowers for a memorial and asked for same day delivery. I got a notice that couldn’t be delivered after 2 hours and then called them and told them why they needed to be delivered today and the lady had zero sympathy. They just refunded the order. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Kremps sends diseased fig tree cuttings

Very disappointed with Kremp. 3 of the 6 fig trees I have purchased from them have Mosaic Virus on the leaves and should not have even been sent out. They have to be destroyed else it will spread to my other figs. That’s ALOT of money to just throw away. I’ve purchased 6 trees in total from them and 3 have the virus. Upon receiving my order, I sent them photos of my thoroughly infected trees.

They responded and Instead of working with me for a reimbursement or providing instructions on sending the plants back, they quoted the websites FAQ section…

“We have had 0 issues with this and we would not offer any cuttings or rooted cuttings if there was any issue whatsoever. We only sell high quality, reliable cuttings If you have any concern about FMV, please do not make a purchase.”

Odiously the photos of totally infected trees shows how much they have 0 issues with their plants. Do yourself a favor and get your fig trees elsewhere and buy from a company that will work with you when you are not satisfied.

Very disappointed

Received a terrible excuse for a corsage. When I reached out I was told that my ribbon choice was the reason for my dissatisfaction. It was the product I was sent that was the cause for my dissatisfaction. Never again.

Disappointing Experience with Kremp Florist

I recently placed an order with Kremp Florist for same-day flower delivery, adhering to their stated cutoff time of 12:30 PM CST. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

Despite placing my order well before the deadline, I received an email notification informing me that same-day delivery was not possible. The reason provided was that the contracted flower shop was already overwhelmed with deliveries for the day. This lack of coordination and foresight on their part was disappointing, especially considering the emphasis on guaranteed same-day delivery.

Furthermore, the overall cost of the flowers ended up being higher than anticipated due to hefty delivery fees. While I understand that delivery charges are standard in the industry, the combination of these fees with the unfulfilled promise of same-day delivery leaves much to be desired.

At the end of it all, they never delivered the flowers that they promised to deliver and I'm still fighting with them to get a refund. They have zero customer service and you will be greeted with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism. I dealt with Kristine (the supposed Manager) the entire time. This experience certainly left me questioning the reliability and value proposition of Kremp Florist.

What a scam! They will take your money and never deliver the flowers!!

I had used this florist 3 tim a prior

I had used this florist 3 times prior; satisfied enough. This 4th was a disaster. After paying $95 for a Mother’s Day arrangement, nothing at all arrived. I had to contact them to see what had gone wrong. They claimed that their “system” had sent 3 emails demanding an additional $25 fee, for what? We never knew, never received any emails from them. Left very disappointed!

If you are looking for Valentines…

If you are looking for Valentines flowers to be delivered after the 14th - Kremp is for you! Their website will say you have successfully scheduled for the 14th and you will be reassured that it will happen - just like any other transaction. However at 11am on the 14th you will get an email saying they cannot deliver your flowers and they will deliver your Valentines gift on the 15th. They will have the Gaul to say they still have same day delivery available in Southeastern Pennsylvania... what does that do for anyone you sold flowers to in Austin, TX? These guys need to either fix their website to detail what the actual terms are - or stay out of other states. I would give a "ZERO" star if it was an option. Absolute fail.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the disappointment. We deliver same day 7 days a week in our local area. On a major holiday like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, orders going outside our delivery area are no longer guaranteed for same day due to most delivery services already reaching capacity for the holiday. We always recommend ordering as far in advance as possible in order to guarantee holiday delivery. 6 days in advance is optimal. It may seem extreme but that is what it takes unfortunately due to the high volume of orders being placed, made and delivered.

Absolutely awful. STAY AWAY from this company

Several things went wrong with this company. 1. They stated same day delivery. My $40 bouquet was going to be $60 for same day delivery. Four hours after the order I received an email that it would be an additional $13 delivery charge. I went ahead with it due to the fact I was now at work and had no time to figure out something else at such late notice. So I was paying almost the entire cost of the bouquet just with taxes and delivery. 2. It was ordered at 5:31 am and delivered just before 5:00pm even though their website claimed no deliveries would go out later than 12. 3. The bouquet ordered was not the bouquet received. I ordered the “K Bokay” which is supposed to be daises with light greenery but no ther type of flower which was perfect as daisies are my daughters favorite flower and the main reason I decided to choose this place. What I received was 4 daisies, lots of greenery, lots of carnations, baby’s breath and a couple roses. Completely not what I wanted or what was shown/described. No one even contacted me to see if this was acceptable. 4. When I called to complain they could not find the manager. A staff person named Ashley told me I was threatening her because I stated I was going to leave a review and she described this process as “threatening her”. Absolutely ridiculous. 5. I was told by both Ashley and the manager that the “owner delivered it just to make sure I got it” as a customer, I don’t care if the President has to deliver it if you advertise SAME DAY delivery and I’m paying $33 dollars to have it delivered (including tax) for a $40 bouquet. Customers don’t care HOW. They are paying for it just to be done. Inexcusable.
Needless to say, will never ever order from this company again and I would caution for anyone to order from this place when there are so many other better companies to choose from. Never had such a terrible flower delivery and thi is probably my 6th time having flowers delivered.

Never. Again.

Placed an order for a delivery and it never happened. When I called to check, the rude lady over the phone said, I needed to pay even more money than the $70 spent already. I don't understand taking the order, picking the date and paying the price, then for whatever reason - all of that changes - just because they can. I will never use this company again. No delivery, an additional charge and a rude worker. Do NOT use this company.
