Deceptive advertising.Garland looks is sparse and thin looking. If you doubled up the garland to appear fuller then say so. Display on ad was full but this garland was not. Also I ordered 5 strands and only received 4 with no credit issued to my account. They were quick to take my money but have not credited my account for the shortage

Thankfully it was only around 15 dollars with the sale they ran
But try to get a refund

No RGA tag offered
Then claimed that for a full refund, I would have to pay 30 to 40 dollars to send it back
That's not how the tarrfiff system works, but okay
I'll just make it my mission to tell everyone I can what a fraud this company is

HORRIBLE! Absolute scam! Never received a product although the link says it was delivered. I contacted customer service with multiple pieces of proof that it was never delivered and they stopped replying to me. They’re stealing money and possibly information. It ships from china. The garlands I’ve seen other get don’t look as advertised either! DO NOT BUY

THIS IS A SCAM! The garlands look NOTHING like the advertise on their page. I just got it after waiting for 2 weeks and it looks and smells awful. I'm in contact with them to get reimbursed and they want me to pay for shipping to China or just get 15% of my order reimbursed. Don't fall for it.

I purchased from KRINGLE HEAVEN 3 strands of garland paid $54.90. It's NOT LIKE ADVERTISED- THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Took forever to arrive. Came delivered in a small plastic bag all 3 strands were squished within the bag. I would give this 'negative stars' nothing but a piece of crap.

These garlands are a complete DISAPPOINTMENT in comparison to the photos they showed. I still have not received the 2nd of 2 packages it took to send my order. I may be able to get 1 full garland out of the 7 that I ordered. I have a photo but cannot post it here.

It’s been three weeks since I ordered this product. November 15th and it said 3 to 5 day shipping, that is a total lie. I’m telling you right now you’ll never get it in 3 to 5 days. It’s more 3 to 5 weeks do not order from this company. !!! The reviews are 99.999% negative I’m going to be contacting my credit card company and canceling this order. I’ve already emailed them twice. They don’t have an order number. Tracking is based off of their word, it’s a total scam. Do not buy from this company. Do not do it. You’ve been warned get your money back. We need to have like a huge lawsuit against this company seriously everyone needs to get together and SUE

Total Scam. Takes forever to ship and when it arrived it looked nothing like the pictures. Customer service reached out and offered to replace but then ghosted me after I followed up. Save your money.

Although their garland feels nice to the touch, they make it look like it won’t need doubling up. To get the lush thickness Kringle Heaven advertises on social media and their website (which they say you don’t need to do that), you’d need 3 or 4 cedar garlands. Very disappointing. Also, they do offer a money back guarantee and say postage paid, hassle free 90 day returns. But in fine print on website, you have to pay for and figure out how to ship back to internationally to Asia. That is not worth the hassle for a $16 (on sale) item. You’d be better off waiting for a Hobby Lobby 50% off sale or only buying from a US based company where you can go to the store. I was at least able to double up the two I bought and use for a table centerpiece if that tells you anything. But they are pretty pathetically thin.

The ads for a lush full garland are complete false! At least they send a product and not completely take your money… but it takes 3 weeks to arrive. And it is ONE sparse little row of frawns. It would take almost 10 garlands (woven together) to create the product they advertise! Then when you request a return, they tell you that it’s $40 environmental fee + shipping. basically not worth the hassle - which is why theyre laughing all the way to the bank. Don’t do it.

The product was nothing like the photos. There is basically nothing on the branches. Absolute garbage.

This rubber garland is a hot rubber mess, it looks nothing like the picture, i order two of them and only one came in the package, I will never order anything else from this company. They know what the people are saying about this garland but they keep advertising the lie. It's false advertising. I will be seeking help for this false advertising. Don't buy

If I could rate this less than zero, I absolutely would. This website is a total scam, characterized by false advertising and unethical customer service practices. My order, which arrived several weeks late, was incorrect in multiple ways. I ordered six (6) of the 6-foot cedar garlands but only received three (3) garlands. Furthermore, the items I received looked nothing like what was advertised, and they did not match the advertised size. Upon measurement, the garlands were only 5 feet 1 inch long, confirming false advertisement. When I attempted to return the items for a full refund—a policy advertised on their site—the company demanded a fraudulent "CO2/emissions payment" of $30-$40 before they would send a return label. The only alternative they offered was a partial refund of just 15% of my full purchase amount. This business actively prevents legitimate returns and is knowingly engaging in fraudulent behavior. Do not purchase from this company.

It’s a scam! The product came from China. It was wadded up tightly in a small bag that smells horrible and is moist. It is pencil thin and looks nothing like what was advertised because they are using fake pictures and videos from social media influencers. Wish I could upload a picture.

DO NOT BUY!! WORST GARLAND EVER PURCHASED! CHEAP PLASTIC AND NOT AT ALL AS PICTURED!! BUYERS BEWARE, DONT SAY YOU WERENT WARNED!

I would not even give this a 1 star if I had the option. Not worth a 1.00 much less 15.00

This company is a total scam! I tried canceling my order after seeing all the negative reviews. They made me fill out a form stating why I wished to cancel, but still proceeded to process my order anyway. All this happened within their “12 hour window”
