I was an early adopter of Krisp starting in 2020 and genuinely loved the product. The noise cancellation worked well, and I recommended it to colleagues regularly.

However, something changed after 2023. Krisp quietly stopped sending renewal notifications and receipts; they simply charge your card without warning. When I discovered an unexpected charge and contacted support within five days, they admitted to this practice but refused any refund.

This is a textbook dark pattern: making it easy to sign up but deliberately obscuring when you’ll be charged again. A company confident in its product doesn’t need to hide renewal dates from customers.

I deleted my account. The software may still work fine, but I can’t recommend a company that treats loyal customers this way.

I've found a charge on my bank account for Krisp; Google search and find it's Krisp.ai NO WAY WOULD WE SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING AI RELATED!!! Why are you taking money out of my account KRISP!???! Reported to Bank. I better get my money back and this better not happen again.

Perfect transcription during your meeting and as soon as the meeting is over all notes are lost with no way to recover. Afterwards, they will spam your inbox thousands of times a day to tell you its fixed so that they can destroy another meeting for you. Even after telling them to cease and dessist of all contact and adding them to spam, they continue blowing up your email and will not stop. I'm hoping this predatory action stops before legal action is needed.

Refused to refund my account or even prorate the amount unused.

Bait and switch. They got me on by saying its "free forever". Then they changed the policy and now are asking to pay. Scammers. These nasty companies should be exposed for the cheats they are.

This company offers no tech-support, I paid for it for nearly a year and couldn’t get it working, spent a lot of time with my IT team, following their processes and instructions and still got me nowhere. Now I’m fighting them for a refund after they refuse to support and solve the problem. Save your time and use a competitor.

These guys are scammers they lead you to believe that you are going to get a trial and instead they charge 100$ to your card immediately and then refuse to give it back even though you contacted them the same day you “signed up” for the trial.

Yervand Aleksanyan was very responsive to my inquiries. This surprised me because it’s usually not the case when communicating via the internet. So it was much appreciated that he answered my many questions.

great app. it really helped lessen the noise in the background, i mostly out in cafe working so this is really helpful for me

The support is bad and slow, despite being a business client. The integration apps don't work, and even a simple request is not being handled

I am not taking manual notes anymore. The transcription is working very accurate plus the noise cancelation is superb

I recently noticed a charge on my credit card for a monthly KRISP premium membership. I had no idea even what KRISP was. I sent an email to KRISP and they replied the next day asking me to confirm that the email that they had on record had no connection to me. I confirmed and they immediately refunded six months of payments to my credit card. This is really beyond my expections. Thank you KRISP!

Game changing and affordable. AI notes and task summaries allow me to keep a handle on all my meeting deliverables.

It works sometimes, other times, it's like the settings totally change and it just shuts down completely. I think it has something to do with my in-built laptop microphone and my headset microphone. But it shouldn't be so difficult to amend that. It just alternates between the two. The support isn't very good.

The support is absolutely dire.
So far it's taken over a week to resolve an issue with my subscription and it's still ongoing. I'm told 'it's been escalated' several times and they even dared closing my support requests without resolution.
It's now hurting my ability to work.
So, as a small business, ask yourself if you can afford to deal with a company that doesn't act quickly and diligently.

I like this tool

It takes them days to reply a simple question and they keep closing tickets as "SOLVED" even if they don't answer that specific problem. I tried their "chat" which is actually a box where I fill up a form and it be sent to their ticketing system. I tried reaching out via email, surprise! It's going to be a ticket, which they will just close and not answer!!
