Hi Garry,
We sincerely apologize for the initial delay in shipping your order, which was due to a family emergency. In an effort to expedite your delivery, we upgraded your shipping to Tracked 24 at no extra cost. Unfortunately, a subsequent delay occurred with Royal Mail, which was beyond our control. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded the postage cost for your order.
If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.
Best regards,
Dan

Reliable retailer of Pops
Reliable retailer of Pops. Some others pre-order and don't deliver. Not true of Kronen-p0ps. They source and deliver as promised.

Don’t waste your money or time!
Never received my order or any updates. Opened a case with my credit card company and received my money back. 3 months later and Kronen p0ps have the audacity to challenge the refund!!! Luckily credit card company said evidence is stacked up against Kronen p0ps. Absolute nightmare, avoid them I would.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate your feedback. We understand your frustration, and we want to clarify that we didn't intend to challenge the refund. The dispute with your credit card company was due to the fee they charged us, not the refund itself. We're a small family-run business, and our aim is to provide the best service possible. We regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused and will take your feedback into consideration to improve our processes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Extremely good
