The best service I have used. Customer service is always there to assist. Any issue I’ve had in 2+ years they resolve it. Sometimes things happen, but they will make up for it ALWAYS! Martin is the best in the customer service.

I Have been a customer and also in business with them for about 1.5 years. Always consistent and the service is as good as anyone's out there. Support through the website chat is seemingly always available. No complaints here.

Support for this service is below average. Many times there's no communication if the service goes down, just silence.
I'm also frustrated with how they mute people if they don't like your feedback, which is not how good support works.

Now onto the actual service. When it works well, it's very good. But I judge a service on their support when things aren't going well, and unfortunately Krooz are one of the worst.

Great service and fast correspondence. The iptv service is one of the best around,and i love the 24 hour chat help desk.

Krooztv is the GOAT in IPTV. The clarity of picture coupled with minimal technical issues (buffering) makes it the best service out there. I tried many but none compares to Krooztv. The chat support is phenomenal with prompt and precise instructions. The payment platform makes it interesting, but I need to get up to speed in the digital world anyway.

I have had their service for three months. Movies, shows all work great. I don’t watch much tv, but when I do that has worked really well. Especially for seeing all the NHL playoff games. I switched to Krooztv from Apollo because Apollo went to crap. Very happy I switched. Just renewed for my next three months.

I subscripted for six months and I have not had one bad experience. The app works as designed with hardly a disruption due to buffering. The customer service has been great via the Chat service, I highly recommend KROOZtv. I have had others like APOLLO and I switched due to excessive buffering and poor customer service. Thank you KROOZtv!

Been using the service for a couple years, although there have been some issues along the way overall the service is as solid as any other I have tried. Video quality is good and has a great selection.

Been using iptv for a long while now. And
I have IT experience and know when it's my provider or service issue.
These guys are smart and they have their own app that in my opinion is actually better than iptvsmarters.
It's quick to respond.
No buffering so far

Had a trial and was a good experience.Service was speedy from getting details to viewing quality.Nice epg layout as well.
I think the negative reviews here need to check its the official Krooz tv site they use as there are a few fake scam sites using their name and logo.

Great support. Always fast to reply 24/7. I resell for them snd never have an issue with getting credits or service questions answered. Been reselling almost a year with no severe issues that were not fixed fast. If you have buffer issues they will give you a free VPN.

Great picture and sound. User friendly with hardly any buffering at all. My customers love it
