We felt so special and supported while working with Krystal to plan our wedding.

Arriving at the resort we were completely surprised by our bride and groom room being a suite upgrade above the basic room we originally selected and were greeted by a thoughtful note with photos welcoming us and wishing us a great time with our friends and family for the wedding weekend. It was such a cute moment for us and set the tone for the entire trip.

She also extended our guests the same care she showed us! Everyone was amazed at her thoughtful responses to all their questions, helping out with bookings, and making sure everyone felt informed and comfortable traveling. On top of that, she prepared all of us for what to expect in Mexico (we haven’t traveled in a while!) - from airport logistics, to tipping, and all the little things we would have never thought about, which made all the group logistics feel smooth and stress-free.

Behind the scenes, she was constantly advocating for us. She made sure we actually received all the perks we were promised (like spa credits and events), and stepped in immediately whenever something was missed. It always felt like she had our back.

Finally, there was a week where the US news coming out of Mexico had us thinking our wedding might fall apart and she was incredible through all of it. She kept us grounded, gave us clear and thoughtful updates from local sources, and helped us communicate with our guests in a way that felt calm and reassuring. She was a steady, supportive presence when we really, REALLY needed it.
More than anything, she’s just a kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring person. We felt supported every step of the way, and it made a huge difference in our experience.

My 30th birthday trip to Japan was absolutely unforgettable, and Krystal was such a big part of it. From the very beginning, the planning process was stress free and exciting. While planning my solo trip to Portugal, she also planned my family's trip to NYC. Each trip had its unique needs and Krystal planned them both seamlessly.

Krystal was absolutely amazing! I went on a trip to Mexico and she planned absolutely everything for us and was always in contact with the concierge at the hotel to make sure everything was ready for us once we arrived. She provided a list of all excursions and activities we could do on the trip with prices so we could easily budget everything. While on the trip she was always available to contact if we needed anything and was always checking in to see how things were going. It made the trip feel like we could truly relax and not have to think. Defiently had a great experience !
