Scams . They made me pay 346 USD for a visa , my susterinlaw paid 450 for the fast issuance. They do not give a reference number. This website pops up the first when u search. I reapplied through the official website visa.visitsaudi and got it in 5 minutes with insurance for about 107.17 USD (402.21 SAR). I need my money back yoh scams. Be Ware. I reported this website and encourage all others to do the same.

This is a fake website. They scam people in the name of saudi visa. After you fill the form and proceed to pay, the page will redirect you to pay again. You won't be getting any application number. You'll get an email saying, "We're having trouble processing your application, would you mind completing it." There will be a link that will lead you to payment page again. I'm not sure why this website is still up. And all those 5 star review seem fishy. They're pretty much paid reviews.

رائع جداً ممتاز، لا توجد أي مشاكل على الإطلاق

Useless people and third class coordination.

The site is easy to access and response time is promptly.. welldone

Since 2007 they started doing up to know, trustpilot they have quick services and they're genuinely and trustworthy. They an open Oline reviews community that connect business and consumer allowing customers to leave feedback on their buying and services experience even connecting, offering a space for customers like shopping or services and it helps customers,

Easy to navigate. I want to apply for visa.

The staff is professional and capable of handling for migration.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with ksavisa.

In my experience, the website collects personal information and payment, but the promised visa service was not delivered. After submitting sensitive data and completing the payment, there was no proper follow-up, no clear communication, and no visa issued within the expected timeframe.

The process lacks transparency, and customer support has been inadequate. For a service that handles sensitive documents and financial transactions, this raises serious concerns.

I recommend that others carefully verify the legitimacy of this platform before sharing personal information or making any payment

I applied for the visa for my trip to Riyadh on 20 January 2026.

I have just been informed by email that the visa has been issued although one month late (the visa has also not been attached), having cost me £333. I'm sorry but a terrible experience.

My travel agent had to reapply for a fast track visa so I could enter Riyadh on 20 January 2026.

AVOID this bogus Site.

Thieves!
My visa arrived 10 days after my trip.
Fortunately I got the visa through a different agency.
I want my money back

The visa approval email was sent after a month of approval. I was able to get the approval letter directly from the authorities, and this agency is informing me today.

I would recommend anyone not get their services

Do not trust this site!! It also goes by ksavisa dot com and ksavisas dot com It is a fraudulent service that collects both personal information and money from unsuspecting people seeking assistance for visas to KSA. Their website URL is intentional to confuse from the official website ksavisa dot SA
No office, no contact numbers where you are able to speak to anyone, the chatbot is also fake.
DO NOT USE and report!

Ksavisa.com is scam. Stay away!!!

Attention site frauduleux, spécialiste les arnaques des demandeurs visa surtout Saudia.

Scam, please stay away from them

This is a fraud site. They overcharge for visas and then don't respond after you pay. After I filed a complaint with my cc company they reply back saying visa is processing. It's an e-visa should be received right away. Don't use them use the official Saudi visa site. This site needs to be shut down

Scammers. Before all, they ask 4x the price of the official website visa.visitsaudi
Then you get ambiguous answers about the process. I ended up applying through the official website immediately after reading the reviews here. And I received my visa within 2 minutes. After that I filed a dispute claim to my bank and in the meantime I get an almost identical pdf document from the scammers (only font type and color are different). They managed to get the information of my approved visa from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa status query.

Report them to the authorities. You will get your money back.
