There's one big reason I shop with KT performance. Confidence. When I order something, I can rest assured knowing I will be taken care of. I bought a five inch exhaust for my Duramax it was delivered on time and easy to install I love it

I received the turbo and installed it. At 15 psi the waste gate would open. I called K T performance and explained to them the problem. The sent me a u-tube Visio on how to adjust the waste gate. After watching the vidio I was suppose to adjust the rod on the waste gate with the jamb nuts that where supped to be there. And using an air compressor with a psi regulator. There where no jamb nuts on the rod, so had to remove gate put nuts on and set psi on the gate. All of this after I had installed it, so had to take it back off. So if you buy a turbo don't do like I did and take for granted its assembled correctly. Also the length of time they give you to send in the warenty paperwork is not practical for the do it yourselfer .

KTPerformance, despite a shakey initial impression has completely rectified the issue and regained my trust. The sole explanation for a rating of 4 (actually I call it as 4.5) is the initial communication problems that resulted in a failure to deliver a 2nd day item within the expected timeframe. This was due to an issue outside KTPerformance's direct control. For this component of the review I will rate 3 stars as I feel the seller aught to have monitored the initial transaction. Now, the resolution of the original issue did in fact satisfy my origial time-dependent situation. I admittedly was quite harsh in my critique. For the resolution of the issue, I give a rating of *6*. Yes, the scale only has 1-5 but once all was completed, customer service deserves a 6 on the scale of 1 to 5.
I completely withdraw my urging that this seller be avoided.

I ordered a pyrometer thermocouple a week ago. I paid for expedited shipping (a very expensive upcharge for 2nd day air). A week later all I have to show for my money is an empty apology along with a charge on my credit card and an unfulfilled promise to provide me a tracking number by close of business today (17th April; order was placed and credit card charged on 11th April).
I contacted ISSPRO to determine whether my thermocouple is actually expected to be delivered tomorrow. I was assured by Jennifer at ISSPRO that it is. I will trust ISSPRO, but KTPERFORMANCE will not have my trust. The stories I was told did not make logical sense. They may be perfectly legitimate but I will NEVER purchase from them again.

Guardedly I withdraw the sentence below and substitute BUYER BEWARE!

Product was what I was expecting way it was shipped was awesome only thing I found was maybe just me where I was so excited to finally do what I wanted with my truck was ordered them the shipping took longer than I expected but again could be me being anxious but other than that went good and o yea they actually had srw adapters where rest of places only did drw

Parts all were what I expected and what I paid for. Honest people with super fast shipping . Also was given some complimentary magazines . KT performance is your one stop truck shop . A++++

It's fairly easy to modifiy the computer board to install chip. There are so many tuning options to chose from. For my use I only downloaded towing and fuel milage tune's. I havn't towed yet, but have used the 75 hp fuel sipper tune, the power is amazing. I don't know about the fuel milage increase yet, but so far I'm impressed.
This was my first purchace from KT Performance and I'll be back. They were great to deal with and I highly recommend doing business with them.
