Actual customer. Paid 2 months, attempted to cancel, no working telephone number, no working email or website, if you give them your credit card you are hosed.

Scam organization that provides a useless portal and does not deliver any of the services they promise. Cancelation is not easy, and they keep charging your card when they say they won't. Luke and Spencer are going to jail when this finally catches up with them.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone to cancel my service for weeks. I used the messaging feature on their website, called/texted/emailed people who set the service up for me and no one responds. I question whether real people work here or not. The sales people will promise everything and then ghost you as soon as they have your payment info.

Basically a scam. They promise and deliver nothing, the only thing they accomplish is billing for services not rendered. They say they can remove bad reviews, they did none of that. Not one. I repeatedly asked for reports on results, nothing. Now the lead person Spencer's email is bouncing. Please read the other reviews, they echo what I am saying, scammers. Update: Not only did they not provide any real service but they continued to bill us even after they were notified that we were severing the relationship even though our contract had expired. We were reimbursed by our credit card company after they investigated.

My name is Deja, and unfortunately my experience with this company has been extremely frustrating.

I started a membership on September 9, 2024, which was supposed to be a 3-month contract. I was clearly told that after the three months ended, my card would no longer be charged. However, that never happened. I have continued to be charged for over a year for a service I do not use.

During that time, none of the promised review removals were completed, which was the primary reason I signed up in the first place.

I have reached out to customer service multiple times, and each time I was told the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing was ever done. Instead of issuing a refund for the many unauthorized charges, a team member decided to “upgrade” me to a free White Glove membership (which I was told is a higher tier service). However, this has made no difference because I’m still experiencing the same problems:
• Lack of communication
• Broken promises
• Continued charges to my card

At this point, it is March 13, 2026, and I am still being charged for a service I neither use nor agreed to continue.

I tried to avoid disputing the charges with my bank because it is time-consuming and tedious, but unfortunately it seems like that will now be my only option.

I strongly recommend that other business owners be cautious before working with this company. From my experience, they appear professional at first, but the follow-through and billing practices have been extremely concerning. As a small business owner myself, I find it unacceptable for companies to operate this way and take advantage of other businesses.

We paid for three different business four months in a row. We did not receive anything. Luke Shepard promised us refunds. He promised to make it right and insisted that they had been processed. We would get one refund out of the 10 he promised. When I reach out again, he feigns innocent offering empty promises and stringing us along for months. Do not trust these people.

Kudoz Reviews said over 4 months ago that they could get a fake negative review removed very easily. They kept telling me it was being worked on and nothing has changed. You can't get a hold of anyone at the company. They never answer the phone, the voicemail box is full. I feel like this company is a complete scam. Don't waste your time.

Kudoz Reviews said over six months ago that they could get a negative review removed. They kept telling me it was being worked on and nothing has changed. You can't get a hold of anyone at the company to discuss your account. I am still getting billed and will have to take action with my bank to get the payments to stop.

Kudoz reviews They ripped me off for $1100 . They kept billing me and never gave any reimbursement or review service. They lied, a guy named Dallin my account manager promised things even support said they don't do that. Still months later trying to get a refund. Had to to shut my bank account down. And they kept trying to pull money from it. They never stopped, even after asking. . Email

Hey Dallin, You stated below you Canceled this... I am still getting billed and I am/have reporting this to my Bank.  You owe me $600 refund from charges since you said you ASSUMED it was canceled.  You have been billing me multiple $100 fees every month since August when I canceled.
