Ugh. Looks like I am another victim from "Mitch". Paid for express shipping, it's been a month and now I don't even get replies to my emails. Anything I post on the fb page is removed, looks like I lost over $100.

Hi. I wish I read this review before! I placed my order end of November and even paid the extra fees for express and "secured" delivery. I never received anything, nobody's answered my emails ... I can't believe I fell in this trap! :-(

This company is a total con and scam. I purchased some items and never received them. I wrote many emails to them and they never responded. Avoid This company like the plague.

I ordered three products in June 2020 and as of September have not received any of the items and have been misled and had all my emails replied to with ' we will get back to you' by someone named Mitch with nothing. Please do not buy from this company - you will most likely loose your money.

One star because they respond. On January 2, ‘20, I purchased a bracelet. The credit card has been charged. Now, here we are on July 13,’20, and no bracelet. After several emails exchanges with the email on their website, there is no clear response as to when the bracket will be shipped.

The worst experience I have ever had with an online order. 7 months later and still haven't received my order. I've chased them numerous times and they just brush me off. Won't give me a refund or send a replacement item. Then after 6 months they have the nerve to offer me a discount voucher like I'll ever be ordering from them again. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

After payment I did not receive any kind of confirmation. However 4 months later the ordered bracelet was in my mailbox in perfect condition.

If I could select 0 stars I would.

Do not order from this company.

I placed an order 8 weeks and I still haven't received the item. If they respond to emails (big if), they just say "you have to wait" - even after 8 weeks. They are refusing to send a replacement or give me a full refund.

Avoid this company

I have been waiting for a bracelet for over three weeks.

I have contacted the company several times, but no response.

On the internet I read that they are scammers.

Kundalinispirit is a scam. I purchased and placed an order and its been 7 months with no shipment and fake apologetic responses. It’s a scam and everyone needs to be aware. Thieves.

It’s a damnSCAM, it’s been 8 MONTHS SINCE MY ORDER, I DIDN’t received it, no replies to my email, AND NO REFUND.
I’m going to wait 10 more days for this fake store to reply or else they’ll be shut down.

Don't buy. They will steal you money and you get nothing. I have got only partial order and they promised to send the rest. still waiting 4 months...

Still nothing! Don't buy from these ppl they are a scam and take your money and send you nothing. I have not received the product or a refund. It has been three months now since it was ordered. They are a disgrace!

This company is a huge scam. I emailed them countless times they either give me empty promises or don’t respond. I never received anything from my order. Stay away from them, they will take your money and send you nothing.

Order was never delivered + Lost money

I was waiting over 1 month for my order to get "prepared". Then I was waiting another 1.5 months for it to get delivered. It never did.

They confirmed that the order returned to them, and when I asked for my money back they disappeared.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from those guys. I lost my money.

I have threatened to call whatever agency monitors fraudulent companies taking consumers money and NEVER delivering a product. It is an embarrassment your company operates like this, and If I can ever find a way to leave online reviews I'll be sharing this commentary as well as the 6 emails you've sent saying "we are looking into it and will get back to you" It's been almost a year! Get your act together and be professional!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! On April 30th, I ordered several items for my husband’s birthday and one mantra bracelet for my 9 year old daughter. Most of the items arrived by late May. Some were ok, two were cheap looking and one item was missing. My daughter’s silver mantra bracelet was so sharp that she could not wear it. The edges were not polished down enough so it kept stabbing her. One bracelet’s clasp broke almost immediately...within one week. Anyway, I emailed them immediately about the missing item...a silver dragon ring. They reassured me that it will arrive soon in a different package. No show. Email again. Another reassurance email back. After more than 8 emails back and forth, they stopped answering my request and have since disappeared.

The ring was a part of my husband’s birthday present (June 4th) and it is now September 11. Very disappointing!!!

I’ve since spoken to my credit card company to dispute their charge but I hope you never have to deal with them. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and avoid kundalinispirit.com!!!

I was really looking forward to receiving my bracelet. I ordered it after reading about them in Happinez magazine. I was slightly concerned to receive two messages to say that my 'Tony Zheng' product was en route from China. When it did arrive, I was so disappointed. It looks like a cheap piece of tat that I would happily buy for £1. I feel like a fool after spending almost £35 on this embarrassing piece of jewellery. Look elsewhere, please!

Absolute scam!! Ordered early December still haven't received the item and I have been getting the run around ever since, to the point they now appear to be ignoring my emails asking for an update and asking for a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Utter fraudsters, I do hope they receive a lot of bad karma for this.

This company is a complete scam. I paid for a bracelet in October. It's now December and all they do is send a link saying it's been sent from China with no courier details in the UK to follow-up with.

They refuse to offer to refund me and seem to have no Instagram account even though they advertise on the platform.

I've sent over four emails asking what's going on and get no sensible response.
