I ordered Reykr. Lovely scent. Love the wooden air freshener. Love how it’s so simple yet the scent is just amazing.

Was so excited.
And then I tried smelled them....
Not sure what is all the fuss about, they're not posh like I imagined, they're actually quite awful. As my partner put it 'I don't think I want any of them in my car'.
The experience and little hand written notes was cute and lovely but the product itself is not.
2 stars for effort/experience otherwise it would be 1.

Fragrance is a very emotive and personal thing, and while we get lots of great feedback on our scents, we know that some people will love them and for some they just won't be quite up their street.
In a world of synthetic fragrances, ours can also be a little different to what most people are used to- using only pure natural oils gives a completely different scent experience, and that can be a bit surprising if you're not sure what to expect.
I've been disappointed myself with other brands, so that's why we do sample packs- then people can experience what we have to offer without committing if they don't like them!

Sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your car freshener- these are a premium product, and I can understand how frustrating it can be when the scent doesn’t last as intended.
Our fresheners are tested to provide scent for 3-5 weeks in optimum conditions (20-22 degrees). With the hot weather we’ve had recently, temperatures can reach 50-60 degrees behind a car window- and this can cause the scent (as with any hangtag fragrance product) to diffuse extremely quickly. This effect can be amplified in our tags as they are completely natural, with no chemical fixatives.
There’s a section on our website FAQs and a blog post about getting the most out of your car tag in hot weather. All of our tags are replenishable with our fragrance drops too. While we can’t change the weather, we can try and make up for the disappointment! Do drop us a line at hello@kyrra.co.uk and we’ll try and make things right.

Lovely smelling air fresheners that look great!
Received my air freshener and was happy with the scent! Also the testers made want to come back and get other scents to try. Looks really cool in the car. Really good product overall, definitely be ordering some more in the future.

Service was great, smells not for me
Sample pack arrived quickly and with a lovely handwritten note. I thought the branding, marketing and concept was excellent... I personally just didn't like any of the smells. I really wanted to! I found the smells too masculine and earthy. Perhaps you could make a citrus-y, orange grove inspired one?

Fragrance is such an individual thing. Our general ethos is to capture something wild and natural in a sophisticated way. This is what makes us different- but we also appreciate that they're not for everyone.
I've had the same experience before from other brands - it's exactly why we offer sample packs, so you can be sure you like something before committing (or even more importantly, don't buy something you don't love!)
Our newest fragrance, Astín, was designed to sit a little softer and more feminine while still carrying our signature feel — it might be worth a second sniff :)
We're always developing new fragrance adventures and genuinely love hearing about the direction people want us to go in. A softer citrus scent sounds like a lovely concept. Hopefully our next launch will be right up your street!

I don't normally write reviews on here but felt I should as I don't feel this company gets enough recognition for the incredible scents and products they have. I received my car fragrance a few weeks ago and it is incredible, I love that I can reuse with different scents and it came with two samples, I could smell them before I even opened the package and my god, amazing. Every one who has gotten in my car has commented on them and I have pointed them in the direction of the company, my daughter is called Kyra so that's how I came across them in the first place. I cannot wait until my scent runs out (never happened 😂) just so I can experience, because an experience it is, all the others. Thank you guys for the samples, the handwritten note and speedy delivery. You have a lifelong customer.
