BEWARE! : DO NOT USE this company if there is any chance that you might have to return bulky items !

Initial impression was good ; delivery service was quick : but unfortunately we decided that we had to return the 6 lightweight ghost chairs we had ordered

This is where the t’s & c’s kick in : the buyer has to arrange and pay for the full return. In our case six lightweight chairs had been shipped in three large boxes - which meant learning about parcel girth ( ! ) and tripling the cost ….and then having to add insurance

I asked for help to arrange the return but they just sent me their return address and a link to parcel2go

The cost of return was £128.77 - which was all down to me : They just didn’t care about the cost being 28% of the order value

I am just pleased that the whole sorry process is now over !

Please don’t get caught out by this one sided returns policy

I ordered Sunday a gorgeous hammered silver side table at a reasonable price . It turned up today, free delivery and is fab. In fact it’s so fab I ordered another one

We wanted some bar stools for our garden bar, we ordered 2 gold coloured stools in the medium size,when they arrived they were better than we imagined. They looked so good and were comfortable too, that we ordered another 4. Great quality.

The table was delivered promptly & packaged well, it’s a beautiful small side table that works really well in a corner… Very similar to another branded table I have but much better value for money. Great communication from seller. Thank you. I would buy again.

After I’d been let down by an earlier supplier & with a looming deadline of guests arriving we were THRILLED to find this shop! Vanessa was swift in her communications, understanding the time sensitivity of the order & made it possible to have our 2 chairs out the door on next day tracked delivery. Excellent customer service. Due to no fault of La Maison Chic, two issues of transit damage were quickly resolved by the customer care team. Super quick delivery of replacement and collection of damaged items. Emails answered very quickly with a positive response. No doubt in buying from this company again.

Fast delivery. Stunning little side table

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Wednesday. Super fast service, great product, great price, excellent trader who I would definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered the wrong bottle opener and the seller was very helpful in changing it for me. Postage was fast, well packaged, their communication is great and the product of a high standard. I would highly recommend.

I bought the silver hammered effect alliminium stool/side table great quality for the price, excellent service with very quick next day delivery.

The ghost chair I ordered is beautiful and just what I wanted to go with my dressing table. It was a bargain price and swiftly delivered with excellent packaging.

Purchased stools which were not suitable for the purpose built. I was asked to pay for the return post but knowing my rights they eventually said they would send a courier to collect stools and a full refund was given.
The product was from China and unfortunately was not manufactured well. This is the 2nd product from China with a fault. So check where your products are being made.

These brackets really are on a level of their own. Reassuringly solid and beautifully finished, they have added a real touch of quality to my bathroom. I’m planning on another, smaller shelf so I’ll be buying a smaller pair very soon. (Service and communications 5* too) Thank you.
