Queste persone sono truffatori . Ho aspettato un mese per le scarpe, come hanno detto dal Belgio. Dopo averlo ricevuto, mi sono reso conto che si trattava di un falso cinese di scarsa qualità con un odore di colla. E inoltre, la mia taglia normale si è rivelata piccola, ho rispedito queste scarpe per lo scambio, poiché non restituiscono i soldi. Di conseguenza, è passato un mese, la società brt ha inviato la merce al loro indirizzo, affermano di non aver ricevuto le scarpe. Di conseguenza, non ci sono soldi, non ci sono adidas cinesi😂Attenzione.

State attenti , sono dei truffatori professionisti. Ho ordinato sul loro sito un paio di adidas gazelle bold e sono arrivate dopo un mese scarpe cinesi al 100%. Il loro profilo Instagram pubblicizzava le scarpe con tanto di recensioni da parte di ipotetiche testimonial affidabili. A farmi cadere totalmente in inganno è stato per assurdo il prezzo più alto di 20 euro rispetto alle adidas originali. Non ho pensato potesse essere una truffa visto l'importo considerevole. Oggi ho ricevuto il pacco, ovviamente le scarpe sono una pessima imitazione, materiali scadenti, puzzano di gomma e di colla, il tipico odore dei prodotti contraffatti, e non hanno nessuna etichetta originale. Una pessima imitazione! State alla larga da questi soggetti. Cambiano continuamente sede. Erano con sede in Belgio a marzo , adesso risultano in Spagna. ATTENZIONE

I peggiori mai visti ! Ho fatto un ordine il 19 marzo 2024 ad oggi nn è arrivato niente .si intascano i soldi e basta .nn danno nessun tracing number ,dicono che la merce è ancora in Germania ma nn è stata mai spedita .continuano a dire bugie e inventarsi cose sono maleducati e nn professionali.
Non date i soldi a queste persone sono davvero pessimi

Es una estafa no pidáis nada a esa página. Se anuncian en Instagram con marcas a buenos precios pero nunca llegan los pedidos y no atienden ni devuelven el dinero. Pedí unas zapatillas en febrero y ni llegan ni dan número de seguimiento del paquete

Se potessi non metterei nessuna stella. Sono dei truffatori. Ho fatto l'ordine il 9 gennaio 2024 e ad oggi 21 febbraio 2024 non è arrivato nulla. Dopo varie insistenze su ogni contatto possibile mi hanno inviato il numero per il tracking. Dopo una settimana da quando dicono di aver spedito appare l'info della spedizione del 25 gennaio ma a tutt'oggi dice che risulta partita dalla Germania ma non è mai arrivata.

I ordered a pair of shoes late november 2023. After we reached mid january I started to ask where my shoes where. Since I’ve never gotten any tracking info or anything.
They then proseeded to give me a trackingnumber for a fedex shipment.
And a promise this would be on it’s way in 4-6 days.
10 days went on, and I checked the tracking number again, still nothing.
Contacted then again, and got the same answere as last time. 10 more days went and i still nothing. Now the state that my package is held up in customs and i have to provide them more info directly. I contact fedex and it turns out that they have never gotten any package, the trackingnumber is the wrong amount of digits, and they have nothing in my name or to my adress.

After this i give them one more chance to fix this. And ask for correct tracking id or refund of my money. They then told me this is my problem and they can’t help me. Now they stop answering me.

So stay away from this site and never trusy them with your money.

Mi hanno truffata, ho fatto l’ordine sul loro sito di acquisto dove mi mandano email del pagamento con fattura. Non ho mai ricevuto e-mail dove mi desse delle info sulle spedizione o sul corriere. Li contatto sia su Instagram che su Facebook e mi bloccano. li contatto tramite e-mail e non ricevo nessuna risposta. Vado a cercare l’indirizzo del negozio e mi spunta un’aziende di sigarette elettroniche non acquistate nulla

Hanno spedito dopo 1 mese solo a seguito di denuncia e ppi le scarpe arrivare da loro spacciate x originali e pagate 170 euro sono false !!!!!!

They change every day their contact so it’s not easy to contact them but always the same response “ thank you for your patoence”, “ its normal that the tracking dorsn’t change status after 10 days ” , they give the responsability to the carrier but DHL told me they don’t give the package to the carrier DHL,

I ordered shoes but never received them. Contacted customer service 12 times about this. Late responses, sometimes none. It turns out that my package was lost during transport, but La Monica indicates that it is not responsible for this and does not want to give me my money back. This process has been going on for 6 months. They are very customer unfriendly and take no responsibility. Unreliable to order anything.
