The air fresheners arrived in a timely manner. They were a good price, I bought 3vand got a free. They work great. I live in a 50 year old house on a gravel road and within a few days of getting my air fresheners the old moldy smell in my house is almost gone. By the time this review posts I feel like the old moldy smell will be completely gone. Love these air fresheners.

I’m somewhat skeptical about certain online items but these air purifiers are a game changer. I love them and I would definitely recommend getting some for your home. We have a total of 4 and we only have used three. One in the living room one in the dining room and one in the bedroom. We saw a big difference in just a few days. Although if you have a lot of rooms in your home I would recommend getting at least 5-6 of them.

Do not do what they are advertised
Waited on submitting a review till they had been on and in place for a couple weeks. Devices were touted as being able to freshen the air and the more you got the more space you could cover so I got four. The first notable weirdness was that they are audible, meaning you hear like a factory fan once you get 2 feet from them. The other noticeable thing is no fresh clean air smell. I specifically put one in the hall across from the cat litter, hoping that it would make a big difference in this small space and surprise, it didn’t make any . So spent a lot of money and have found them absolutely not helpful in my home with dogs, cats, Family, and wasted my money.

I really like this product but your customer service is most disappointing. I clicked on your offer to buy 3 get 2 free. That option wasn't available so I only got 4. I purchased the lifetime warranty then get an email asking me to purchase the warranty. When I replied to ask why, I got instructions to opt out of emails. When I replied to that I got NO response at all.

I ordered 3 labcharge units on 1/4/2026. Never received merchandise a month later. I contacted customer service and got 1 response that they were working on my order, this was approximately 2 weeks after my initial order. Finally, had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. Still looking for another products.

I was so glad I found these. They are great and so easy to set up and care for. They have made such a difference with the air quality in our apartment. The ionizer is simple to setup
The ionizer is simple to setup. I was concerned initially that it wasn’t working as I expected to feel a breeze coming out of the sides where the vents are. It turns out it comes out round the sides of the circle. The flow was similar to my old ionizer so I was happy. I use one for my bedroom to help me sleep. The only question I have is this, my old ionizer had to be cleaned to get rid of dust that collected on the anode so I don’t know if it doesn’t collect dust or if it’s burnt off somehow?

That’s a great observation! Traditional ionizers often collect dust on internal parts that need cleaning, but this unit is designed differently and doesn’t require internal maintenance. There are no plates or anodes that collect dust—just wipe the outside from time to time and you’re all set.
