Requested an offer for Prada sandals worn once and cost £950 in pristine condition. They offered me £10 cash. Will certainly not be sending requests for quotes for my other items

I struck the bargain for an amazing item at an amazingly low price! Though I have to mention that the description "Never worn" is not accurate as the bag I got, though in excellent condition, clearly showed signs of wear especially on the hardware. 5 stars nonetheless as it doesn't affect the beauty of the bag.

Offered me £10 for a real Burberry bag . Identical item in worse condition sold on eBay for £350 . Would not recommend I thought it was a joke 🤦🏻‍♀️

As a buyer, I really can’t fault. I ordered a bag and as gorgeous as it was, it just was unsuitable for me. My return was approved in a very timely manner, I posted that day and they received the bag back the next morning and my refund was approved a few hours later. My experience was seamless from start to finish which would make me re purchase in the future. Fabulous :).

Offered me a tenner for a real gucci beanie worth 300, joke of a company dont bother submitting your designer to them you will get more selling on ebay.

My item, valued at £2000, was lost in transit using the label provided by the company. I fulfilled my responsibility by sending the item and providing clear proof of postage. Despite this, I have been told that Royal Mail rejected the claim due to “insufficient evidence” — yet no actual evidence or documentation has been shared with me to support this.

What is particularly concerning is the complete lack of transparency. I have not been shown any proof that a claim was properly submitted, processed, or formally rejected. I am simply being asked to accept the outcome without any verification, which is unacceptable given the value of the item.

The company has refused to offer any compensation or take responsibility, despite the fact that I followed their process and used their provided shipping label. This raises serious concerns about how claims are handled and whether customers are being treated fairly.

If I do not receive clear evidence of the claim status and handling soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including seeking legal advice regarding a potential breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 due to the lack of transparency and accountability.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I tried to sell my Burberry jacket by filling out the form and selecting the brand from the dropdown menu then the item type. However, I received a response saying: “Thanks for your submission. Unfortunately, we are not interested in purchasing this item right now. Reason: Item is not one of the brands we currently resell.”

This is confusing—if you don’t accept that brand, why is it even listed as an option?

I was abit dissapointed when my bag arrived. As it was pushed into a small box and was half covered in a plastic bag and the other half was exposed.
For what I paid for the bag it would have been nice if the packaging was made nice when receiving your order.
The bag was lovely however the interior was full of hair and crumbs not very nice when your having to clean it out aswell. Delivery was £9.99 and quite slow. Hence the 3 stars.

To be perfectly honest, I was keen for a quick sale so I was hoping to get a good offer for my item. It was brand new with tags still attached and the RRP was £1250. They offered me £50 and I just laughed.

I went to designer exchange instead and they offered me £175 instant cash or £400 for consignment. Much better options out there people and it only took 2/3 days for them to give me a quote and I posted it the next day.

I have been waiting a week now to recieve the money for the item I sent to you and you keep promising I will recieve by the end of the day and I never do. Not good when your relying on it for something and keep being let down.

Offered them my neil barrett leather, python skin and pony hair jacket, which is in mint condition very rare and have seen a few sell for between £950 and £1275.
They tried to offer me £40 or £75 on consignment yet they have got hoodies and t shirts advertised for £70 so really dont see where they have come up with such a ridiculous price, luckily enough I know the value of my item, I feel sorry for people who dont research the item they are selling

Joke of a company got an offer for a brand new sweatshirt which was brand new unworn with tags,once they had received the item offer was lower as they claimed it has been worn,then proceeded to demand £20 to return it,I'm now taking this matter further which is more hassle but £10 for an item that cost £150
