Shows delivered to Texas, I do not live in Texas and they are falsy accusing me of trying to get free products? Thank you for the false accusations that I will now be sending to my lawyer as I have screenshot everything. How can a company bash their own customers? Crazy but you did it! Guess these reviews will be posted everywhere else now!

Never got package, Company fused to help! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! DELIVERED TO WRONG STATE and company refuses to help!!! BEWARE!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! Company says they don't see an order from me, but they have replied to my emails stating they won't help lol. Took 2 months for insurance to finally help me! Order was from 10/3/25 barely got resolution from insurance company today 11/17. Resolution was from Insurance company not La Belle!!!!

Their logic is ridiculous using Honda lol, if I ordered a car from Honda and it didn't come in, is call Honda not my insurance lol. First you denied and called my review fake hey you found my order? Goes to show how ridiculous of a company this is! I wasn't even offered a reshipment when you shipped to the wrong address so your claims are false!

UPDATE - Complaint is with company that shipped product to the wrong address and failed to help NOT the the insurance company that helped me. Company has more reviews about other customers receiving empty boxes etc. They even respond to your issues bashing you rather than trying to help or trying to resolve the issue instead!!! They will respond to this but I won't, done with company, y'all be careful their customer service is horrible just see responses lol. BEWARE COMPANY ITSELF DOESN'T CARE!!!

They sent me an empty box and refuse to send me the cologne they owe me! An EMPTY BOX! They stole $30 from me.

Hace un tiempo hice una reseña en la cual estaba indispuesto debido a que no tenía noticia alguna sobre mi pedido, por lo cual me sentía desconcertado sobre el estado de este o su paradero. Pero he de aclarar que estoy aquí para dar una opinión sincera, aprovechando que mi pedido apenas llegó, he de aclarar que los tiempos de envio si son realmente largos además de que el paquete se demora mucho en tránsito o incluso en llegar a las transportadoras, pero también es bueno tener en cuenta que los productos si son originales, además de que cuidando mucho su embalaje y presentación, por lo que he de confirmar que el perfume me llego en perfectas condiciones y es totalmente lo que esperaba, por lo que será mi página predeterminada para próximas compras, muchas gracias.

great place - way better than the alternatives, dont trust the few bad reviews here they have like 100 k on google and yotpo.

I recently made an order on their website. I was sent a shipping email on 2/17 stating my items would ship soon. I contacted them a week later when I noticed the USPS status never went past “Shipping Label Created”. Over the next 3 days, I contacted them multiple times with 3 separate representatives telling me to either wait or blaming USPS, but they ensured me the item was already shipped. I ended up inquiring with USPS, which confirmed they never received a package from La Belle at all with the tracking number provided. On the 8th business day, another representative told me to file a claim since I had purchased their order protection. 30 minutes after filing a claim, I was told they do not have 2/3 of the order available to ship offering to send the 1 remaining item or cancel the order. I opted to cancel the order and they had the audacity to charge me for the cancellation. This company has pretty deceitful customer service and policies. I will not purchase here in the future, and I advise nobody to else to either.

They used to be good, but lately making so many errors that make me think twice before ordering from them.
last order I placed, they emailed 5 days later that they cancelled it, just like that, the reason is "out of stock" well how are they updating their websites if it was in stock the day I bought it? Also I used my rewards money $21 to cover some of the total amount, it appeared that they DID NOT refund me my rewards money that I've earned with them over the past couple years. Just like that...

Ordered from them 10+ times. Always went great! Genuine product, and great shipping time.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced . Shipped a completely different product than what I ordered . When I called to let them know and attempt to get a refund the lady on the phone could not have been more rude if she tried . I then received an email from the ship app asking me to rate my experience . I left a much deserved bad rating and explained that they shipped a completely different fragrance .. they replied to the review by telling me to shop somewhere else and said thank you for the bad review . That should tell you all you need to know about this company ..

As a 1st time customer im impressed LaBelle has a new customer. I ordered cologne Sunday night 6/3/23 my order was shipped the very next day and I received my order today 6/7/23 I enjoy the fragrance. I like that Lebelle perfume is in an actual store so I know my fragrance is legit.

Recently ordered ADG Profondo, as well as JPG Le Male Le Parfum from this site. Shipping was really quick and my order shipped the next buisness day. Both fragrance's were Authentic and I do recommend this company. Thanks :)

I hesitantly placed the order since the prices were too good to be true. It turns out that everything was great from the packaging to the communication. I'll be ordering back from them.

I only get stuff here. I'm in Miami so I usually buy online with the pick up in store option. Best prices around without a doubt. They're always busy too so you know they don't carry old/stale products like some other discount stores.

ORIGINAL PRODUCTS AND VERY VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
