I have nothing but good things to say about this company. When my order was sent to me instead of my daughter, they immediately made it right with me. Email response was so fast and even late at night. I have ordered several times and plan to again. Product works great with clear labeling.

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and the customer service team is very friendly. However, my experience has been mixed because the products lack detailed usage instructions. While there is a product synopsis provided, the absence of clear guidance made it difficult to use the product effectively, leading to some waste and a lack of noticeable results. Despite this, I believe I have now identified the correct formula for my needs and plan to place another order. I hope to see more comprehensive usage directions included in the future.

The product is perfect...but...the vials do not have a vacuum, that means you won't be able to store them for many months. And the vials don't come with labeling that makes any sense. So if you are a user of multiple peptides like I am, it can become pretty confusing. Logistics: Once they send the order by USPS or UPS, they often forget to email the their clients the tracking #.
My very first order was sent to the wrong address, I still haven't received replacement for their logistical error.
Hoping they will straiten out their kinks.
Good news, they reply emails promptly and do whatever it takes to correct any problems.

Like Valerie in the previous review, I ordered from LabTrust on May 2, 2026 [$300]. I received their online "free" book by email that day and a follow-up email that my order was being processed. I received a USPS tracking number showing my order processing through the mail system until it stalled and has remained in mail limbo for almost 10 days. Emails to lab Trust on May 11 and May 12 have not been answered. The product if shipped has now reached room temperature during shipment making it unusable. I am contacting my CC to cancel the order.

I ordered from labtrustpeptides.com on May 2, 2026 and paid with a credit card. On May 7 and May 12, 2026, I emailed Lab Trust Peptides and asked when my order would ship. Both times, a person named "Jeff" wrote back to me, telling me that my order had inadvertently been overlooked. Neither time did "Jeff" provide a shipping date or tracking number. When I checked my credit card for the May 2nd transaction, I discovered it was not made by a company named Lab Trust Peptides but by a company named We Help With Ads LLC which is based in ST. Petersburg Florida. The name registered with the State of Florida for We Help With Ads LLC is given as Samuel Hinz of St. Petersburg FL and the phone number is given as 239-666-7574. When I emailed info@labtrustpeptides on May 12th with this information, I was issued a fake refund receipt that had no transaction number of anything else on it. When I wrote back demanding an actual refund receipt, and saying that I would share my experience with Lab Trust Peptides, I was later given what looks like an actual refund transaction receipt - though only time will tell if it was an actual refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. But I also want everyone to think twice before ordering from Lab Trust Peptides. They provide no contact phone number on their website. Neither do they provide a mailing address. Next time I will be more careful.
