Horrible. Ordered, paid, and never heard back!!

They never replied to our emails and we paid in advance!!!

Well this is the 2nd part to my experience. My order was cancelled without further explanation. They said they refunded me for the order, that depending on my bank when it will actually be deposited.

On to finding a personalized lab coat for my granddaughter.

Lab coat had all the features I need and fits great

For the price I paid, one of my buttons was missing. Return policy is 60 days so make sure you check everything before you start using it.

Late order, hostile owner, terrible customer service. Never order from here unless you want your items to be late, low quality and missing in quantity.

Great communication. They were able to send lab coats that are similar so I don’t have to wait until January

I thought that I had ordered a scrub top with a chest pocket, but it came with two waist pockets. I ordered extra-large top and large pants. The top is way too small and I cant even move my arms forward. The pants are too big. Other sets that i have ordered from your store fit much better. I can't return them cuz they have my name embroidered.

It has been 3 weeks and I called and they said it was shipped and we still don't have it. Order #91322

I ordered a lab coat with embroidery, it took a week to tell me it was on backorder. I waited another month and was told the backorder was pushed to another 2 weeks. They shouldn't sell items they know they can't get

Never got my 3 lab coats BUT they are coming. I will wait

There were very few communications from the time of the order to the time of shipment to give me a heads up. And when I sent a message of concern the reply was less than friendly! I will be shopping elsewhere for any future purchases!

The lab coat I ordered is for my daughter, who just graduated with her PhD. The coat arrived quickly and was beautifully embroidered!

Jackets just as I expected. The monogram color perfect and the script writing is beautiful!! I usually get block style glad I decided to change.

Company has fraudulent practices!! Returned an item by mail and was later emailed that the item is nonrefundable due to the tag being removed which is totally false. I never removed the tag as I new wht the return policy was! I believe they lied upon receipt of the return saying that no tag was attached just to keep or steal my money!!! Don't chance this company in case you have to return something as they clearly will perpetuate fraud to keep your money! Also, customer service sent several nasty and unprofessional replies to me. They reply on a very defensive and personal level which is reflective of a company you never want to order from and foreworn others about as it's your right as a consumer to share your experience about a company be it good or bad. That's what a review is! They think it's illegal to post a bad review when it's your personal experience being given as a customer.

Everything was horrible… quality, size, cost me to return … never ever again. Worst scam ever
