I’ve know Lachy for many years. I decided to start training with him in August last year. I have not looked back since I have started. I have dropped 10kgs of fat and built muscle under his guidance. His approach to coaching is realistic and very achievable. I have learnt so much about food and gym training. He has taught me to understand how to follow programs that are set for the individual and allows you to still live a life while trying to achieve fat loss and muscle gain. I could not recommend him enough. If you are looking to achieve your fitness goals jump on board.

Lachy is a thoughtful , engaged and knowledgeable coach . He treats each of his clients as individuals and always provides considerate and encouraging insights. I would highly recommend Lachy if you are after someone with a balanced approach that will help you build a strong healthy body for decades to come. He is not interested in quick fixes but rather educating his clients so they can create body’s that enable them to live the fullest and most satisfying lives possible.

Lachy has been upfront and straightforward from the get go. I started off with a 8 week challenge and honestly enjoyed how easy he made the process. He's always present and ready to help out when I didn't understand workouts. He sets goals that are achievable and also some that push one out of their comfort zone. He is incredibly knowledgeable and honestly just wants to best for all his clients.
