I ordered 2 Yankees jerseys. One home, one away. Both arrived in good timing. The jerseys are absolutely beautiful and fit perfect, the material is great. Will continue to buy from them!

Placed my 2nd order about 3 weeks ago! Today the Jerseys came in for the braves! The quality was probably better than the last time I ordered! There was a slight issue being that I was sent the wrong color, but their customer service is awesome and are giving me a discount on my next order!

I placed my order on, placed on Apr 9, 2026, and received it on May 5, 2026, but one custom jersey had the wrong name and number requested, I emailed the same I received noting the error, along with multiple emails with only one respond them requesting pictures of my entire order on June 5, 2026, which I did immediately, again send another email hoping for a response, the website clearly indicates "We only offer replacements in cases where an error was made on our end. Examples include:
Wrong size sent (e.g., ordered Large, received Medium) Wrong color sent Wrong player or name sent
In these cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost"

I’ve ordered multiple jerseys from LaFlamme Jerseys and have been very impressed with the quality for the price. The jerseys are well-made, fully stitched, and look great in person. The ordering process was simple, and while shipping can take a little time, the final product is definitely worth the wait. Customer service was helpful whenever I had questions, and the value compared to official jerseys is hard to beat. If you’re looking for affordable, quality sports jerseys, I highly recommend LaFlamme Jerseys.

I would do 0 stars if I could.

1.) customer service experience is terrible. basically they chalk it up to random “DM us!” posts on IG. which when I had an issue, they didn’t answer until more than 3 DMs and 2 emails later. I will also note customer service is horrible too because they are so disorganized. They tell me one day they will contact USPS and figure out the issue, despite me explaining the issue multiple times. They end up never contacting USPS to resolve the issue that the shipping label they put on the package was a fraudulent shipping label/no postage paid (per usps). Since they never contacted USPS like they said they would, my package was seized and they had to mail out a new one - kind you this was already in the middle of january when I placed my order on Black Friday.

2.) my next point - shipping will take forever. If you order don’t expect it for at least a month. That is very minimum (I’ve placed 5+ trorders and it was the case every time). My issue with this is that they do things like advertise on their story around the holidays saying “LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR IT TO ARRIVE BY XMAS” mind you, I placed my order two weeks before that story post, and it came 3 weeks after Xmas…

3.) terrible quality - genuinely fanatics makes better quality which speaks volumes. My small hockey jersey is the exact same cut and size as an XL, stitchings loose, colors are slightly off, all things you will notice once you see it in comparison next to an authentic jersey.

4.) they do all these promos they can’t even handle the capacity of. Instead of doing a bogo deal every other week, try focusing on quality, streamlining your shipment tracking process (eg. not paying multiple random vendors for shipping courier stuff), and fixing your customer service process. you do massive bogo deals right after each other and then it becomes evident that you can’t handle the capacity when you’re posting on your stories about “biggest week, delays this and that” or for example, the Black Friday deals and the last day to purchase promo you posted… both of which were evident you couldn’t handle the capacity of because you told me in my DMs that it was the busiest week of the year for you guys (which I’d understand if my stuff didn’t arrive 3 weeks after Xmas when it was purchase before your false promos).

5.) you really get what you pay for here, quality and the experience is terrible. I’d rather pay for authentic jerseys, because even with customs you won’t have to wait 3 weeks to get a tracking number and then another 2 weeks to find out USPS seized the package due to disorganized and unstreamlined workflows at Laflamme.

I order two Team USA jerseys, one Aaron Judge and the other was Tarik Skubal. I waited over a month for the jerseys which is no big deal, but every single patch on them doesn’t match the Skubal one everything looks uniform and you can see all the stars on the American Flag, the judge one all the patches are like stickers, the sizes of the patches are all random and the red looks way off. If I could share pictures I would, but this service doesn’t let me. I’ll already contacted support over a month ago was told I would get a solution never did.

Laflamme has become my favorite website to order jerseys from! You cannot beat them! The jersey Quality is amazing and they ship relatively fast. Even with orders to the ceiling, they get the job done! I would highly recommend ordering from them. They have a lifelong customer in myself!

Colors were slightly off and the numbers they stitched on is about 2-3 inches smaller than the numbers on the real jersey. I did like the quality of the jersey but when I went to contact them about it with pictures to compare with my real jersey all I got was a short message back and none of my questions answered.

I’ve ordered 4 different NHL jerseys from them on 3 separate occasions, the quality on every single one is impeccable. It does say clearly in the FAQ section on the site that production and shipping will take multiple working weeks, but it’s well worth the wait!

I first saw someone do a promotion for Laflammejerseys summer of 2025. It was an insane deal on NFL stitched jerseys. I saw that they were slightly cheaper, so I figured why not try it. When the two Giants jerseys arrived, I was blown away at the quality. Fully stitched, and they looked like incredible quality.
They’ve been my go to for any jersey purchase now. I’ve bought a total of 9 jerseys from them. They do take a little bit of time to ship, but the wait is so worth it

Never had a problem with an order from laflamme. In my experiences, the jerseys look good, they’re not heat pressed, they show up, it may take a little while sometimes, so order accordingly when it comes to gifts for birthdays and stuff. Accessible via IG DM for communication. My son’s birthday is in July, I’ll be putting in an order for that shortly.

I’ve bought a half dozen jerseys and always satisfied. You can’t beat the price and the customer service. I’ve gotten hockey, basketball, and football, I’ll my buying from there exclusively. The date given as experience is the just most recent, but there have been several time.

Everything I have previously ordered has exceeded my expectations. The ordering process is reasonably simple and the shipping doesn’t take long at all.
