Lagenlook Clothing Reviews

Love some of the clothing, however, everything is a ;ot shprter when it arrives so looks nothing like in the image because the model is only tiny....wrong advertising it doesn't do the website or the clothes any justice. Some look dreadful on her.

Love the clothes. So reasonably priced.

I have had several orders from Lagenlook Clothing & everything I’ve ordered I’ve been absolutely delighted with. This company have got their clothing designs spot on well done Lagenlook 👏👏
Another important part of their service is that if you need to contact them for any reason you speak to a person not a recorded message.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Lagenlook Clothing for many years, and I love the beautiful range of colours and styles offered. Their prices are incredibly competitive.
On occasions when I have needed to ask for help with a delivery date or an express delivery, Duane has gone out of his way to help. Recently he was extremely kind and helpful with regard to a parcel Royal Mail misdelivered.
If there was an award for best small online retailer, this family run business would definitely get my vote.

My review of this excellent, unbelievably amazing, wonderful company is going to be hard for you to believe, but I can assure you I am being 100% truthful !
If I could vote 20 stars for every aspect of this superb business, then I would !!! Five stars are definitely not enough, but it is the only number of stars offered to me by Trustpilot. I would like it to be more! Lagenlook’s wonderful clothes are phenomenal in design, quality and are both unusual and long lasting in every one of these categories, as I have discovered over the past few years.
Leaving the compliments behind about the fashion items, they are only superseded by their phenomenal customer service abilities. I had a problem with Royal Mail’s lack of quality service causing me a delivery problem, Lagenlook bet me to it, they rang Royal Mail on my behalf and even sorted it out before I could even begin deal with it myself!
Buy with confidence.

As a first time customer back in April l was not pleased with my first order, however the way it was dealt with was beyond customer service it was almost personal service. This experience gave me the confidence to try again and thank goodness l did. I have since ordered 2x trousers 2x tunics 5 x tops all of which are fantastic quality and excellent value for money ….thank you 🙏

I have never used this company before but the service was fantastic. My dress turned up the next day, delivered promptly by DPD.

I have used this company for some time now. I have always had good customer service, prompt delivery and good quality garments at reasonable prices. There are some timeless styles that are cool in hot weather but still provide cover for my bingo wings!

I returned one item from my order which seemed to go astray in the post. Despite not having received the tracked return the company replied immediately, was most concerned and refunded me in full without any quibble.. Wonderful to deal with a company that cares, is so responsive and deals with customers in a personal and warm fashion. Well done Lagenlook Fashion! x

Ordered one sleeveless dress as didn't know what to expect. WOW. Love it. Made in Italy too. Just had 3 more arrive and lovely packaging too. My new fav clothes shop and not expensive. :-)

I am absolutely thrilled with all my purchases. I discovered Lagenlook Clothing some years ago and I have never looked back! I am totally thrilled with my purchases and would highly recommend this lovely family business. 😊

Really good quality clothing, have so many of their items. Reasonable prices and most of all, incredible customer support! Highly recommended! Jill.

You know when you are just so pleased with something you write a review without being prompted by an annoying 'what did you think email'? I discovered this retailer earlier this year, its quite challenging to find plus sized summer clothes in natural fabrics. So many sites claim to sell linen but its at least 45% viscose. not at lagenlook. I just love it. I cant stop buying stuff. Everything I have ordered has been good quality. im a size 24 on top and a couple of 'one size' things have been a little small, but i have kept them because I hope to lose a little weight and I love them so much. I normally struggle to find summer clothes, it wonderful to find a site with so much I like and can wear. presumed it was a German company but now I see its British I'm even more pleased. Bravo.

Same Chinese manufacturing thing. Oversized only looks good on tall thin people, did buy a cocoon coat which I've warn but material could have been so much better.

Wonderful clothes, competitive prices!
If you like the Lagen look their clothes are great, well made and cater for curvy ladies equally.
Customer service is also excellent with a family run, personal approach. I love them!

This company is just so lovely. The clothing is great, the customer service brilliant and if there is an issue they go above and beyond. So nice to feel your purchases are in good hands.

Prompt delivery, beautiful and stylish clothes, budget friendly, and makes you feel wonderful!

I have been shopping with Lagenlook Clothing for a few years now & from my point of view they deserve a "Highly recommended" all round! They have incredible seasonal sets of really good quality apparel & the prices are very affordable. I love the clothing as it suits any size within the range, it is so comfortable to lounge in, as well as going out in, with a necklace added. All clothing washes very well giving it the longevity needed. The Company is family run, they really do care, nothing is ever too much & I know that if there was ever a question, It's very easy to contact by phone & hear a real "REAL VOICE" willing to help - quite rare in this day & age! Keep doing what you're doing, I can only say a big thank you & offer 5*+++ & some! Thank you! :-)

Absolutely outstanding — Lagenlook Clothing UK deserves every star and then some.

The clothing itself is simply beautiful. The fabrics are of high quality, luxurious, and thoughtfully chosen; the designs are elegant, timeless, and effortlessly stylish. What sets Lagenlook Clothing UK apart is how cohesive the entire collection is — each piece works well with so many others, making it easy to build a versatile wardrobe. I own tunics and blouses that I’ve worn and laundered for years, and they still look fresh, current, and virtually new. That kind of longevity is rare and speaks volumes about the craftsmanship.

Every order feels like opening a gift — because it truly is. Garments arrive beautifully wrapped, in perfect condition, with care and attention evident in every detail. Shipping is fast and very reasonably priced, even for international customers, which is greatly appreciated.

And then there’s the customer service — quite simply unparalleled. Emails are answered promptly, questions are handled with warmth and clarity, and help is offered freely and generously. The owners consistently go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. They are kind, trustworthy, and clearly passionate about what they do. This is a well-established, lasting business built on integrity and genuine care for its customers.

Lagenlook Clothing UK is one of those rare companies that gets everything right — beautiful clothes, exceptional quality, and truly remarkable service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I LOVE these clothes
I purchased from the company for many years…..I find the styles very flattering on larger ladies. I get many complaints and now one of my friends also buys from you on my recommendation.
The customer service is excellent.
