I've had a great experience so far. My sample scents came within an efficient time frame. I am looking to working with Laguna Candles to help curate candles for my business.

The company is very attentive to the orders I’ve placed and have helped me make corrections when I ordered incorrectly. The orders are shipped very timely fashion.

Candle smells wonderful. Has a great cold and hot throw. Unfortunately, the wax melted over the wick.

I placed an order on December 1, 2022 with expected delivery before Christmas. I became a little concern because I hadn't received the order and Christmas was quickly approaching. I contacted the owner and shared my concern and requested a tracking #. The owner replied promptly, apologized and took ownership of the situation and ensured me I would received the order before Christmas, and I certainly did. It was beautifully packaged and the enticing aroma of the candle and room spray permeated the box. I am a haPPy customer.

I love Laguna Candles, I have to say, I have tried so many other brands, including Jo Malone, Nest, and Maison Louis, and Laguna candles is on the top of the list. I absolutely love all of the Laguna Candles fragrances. The aroma of the candles are pleasant, and they lift your spirit.
Also, they have a clean, and long lasting burning time.
