Bait and switch
Ordered 'relatively' expensive thick shirt with lining but they sent out a different one is about £10 cheaper it's Ok but I'd looked at that and decided to get the thicker one.
Rapid response to email about it offering partial refund or mess about with return labels but what a silly carry on.
They have one job, to put the lovingly imported chinese shirt in the lovingly stuck down bag and send it out. How hard can it be to not accidentally send out the cheap one instead. And how many people don't complain about it... Hmmm.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry once again that you received the wrong shirt. We know its frustrating when we lovingly pick up a slightly different shirt by mistake. But with the amount of parcels we pack each day, human error is inevitable from time to time. We offered a £14 refund on a £6 price difference as you expressed your interest in the one you received. You also had the usual option of exchanging it for the correct one or returning it for a full refund, using a pre-paid returns label. We welcome you're feedback but find your 'Bait and switch' accusation spiteful and slanderous - we have never, and would never, send out an incorrect item deliberately.

Bought a coat for my Grandson for Christmas but had to send it back as it was too small and order the larger size which only just fit him. He is age 10 and average size and the coat is age 13!! Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

This company has the best customer service I've ever experienced with a company!
Recieved a Ridgeline coat for Christmas from my partner, I had a problem with it and they replied to my email very quickly (in-between Christmas and New Year!) And I recieved a replapcement the next day! I've never known a company sort out a problem as quick! Will definitely be using Lakeland Country in the future for purchases. Would highly recommend to everyone!
